Makes shipping so much easier to understand for customers. I love the map feature - the graphic makes it much more appealing. When I reach out for support, they're on it right away and make sure that it gets resolved. Great app, worth the money

Absolutely superb! Worked perfectly out of the box. Allows you to make changes to headings and text etc. My biggest bugbear with Shopify is that it won't show you shipping until you log in or enter details to checkout. This app pops up before any of that so that the customers know the exact amount straight away and they can select the options. A couple of days ago the shipping kept defaulting to the expensive express option instead. I could not figure out what was wrong. I contacted the developer to see if they could help me pinpoint it. It was a Shopify issue not one from this app. The developer went the extra mile and tested my website inside out, took screenshots and videos of tests and discovered that I had no rates entered for prices over £25! Such a simple thing that I missed and therefore sales. I corrected the Shopify settings and it worked! I couldn't thank you guys enough. Amazing and detailed support when they didn't have to. Love this app. Before adding this, we would constantly have to answer customer questions about shipping cost but this app solved that. Plus, their support is the best! Super fast and helpful when needed.

This is one of the first apps I installed for our store, it's a must if you're shipping and have multiple shipping options. The only problem that comes up is that if a customer selects an upgraded shipping option, it doesn't carry over to Checkout. This isn't any fault of the app, it's all on Shopify. Also, their support is great. Had an issue on a Sunday afternoon and they were right on top of it, and it was a simple fix.

Caveat: I've only been using this app for a short time. However so far the experience has been extremely positive. The app is easily configurable and does what it is supposed to do without much fuss. There are a lot of options available and it does provide pretty crucial shipping information based on geolocation right inside the cart without the customer having to make any manual input. So it's actually quite useful for the customer to figure out ahead purchase what the total cost would be including shipping. We are hoping that it will help in reducing cart adandonment. ShopCircle's support team is also excellent: very fast and very knowledgeable and super helpful.

This shipping calculator app is amazing! Michael helped me with a technical issue I was having with it updating in the cart. He added a custom j query code and it works great now! I love how it works in the drawer cart and it is very technical yet easy to customize and navigate. Thanks for your help!
