Barath, Siva & Rahul & Vinduja was great help with setting up our app, Logbase has a variety of apps that are helpful with delivery logistics (specially date picker), their app makes delivery logistics very easy, just download and schedule a setup call with them!

Barath again helped and was an amazing help setting up the app. The app, by nature, is a little complex as with any shipping apps so if you do download, be sure to book a set up call with them and they will get the app set up within 10 mins in real time! Highly recommend

Really, REALLY impressed with this app, and the customer support! They offer free setup assistance via Zoom, and I was connected with Jenifer, who was SO helpful and helped me troubleshoot the app and get my store set up perfectly! Jenifer was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and it was such a relief to get the precise help I needed for my use case. Saved me HOURS of frustration and setup time. Honestly, blown away, and highly recommend Shipeasy!

THE BEST customer support. Shipping formulas can be complex and this is a very awesome product once you take a little bit of time to learn it. Customer support is the best out of any app I've used in our 6+ years in business. Absolutely fantastic support.

Had initial issues setting up the app, but booked a onboarding call and got really great help from Jenifer. Everything working as intended now, we're satisfied. Update: had some issues with international shipping and Vignesh helped us solve that. Great and friendly service!
