I have been using this app for another website and was very pleased so started using it for another website. Must say, this company's products and services are excellent. Special thanks to Vinduja for going through everything and providing an amazing service. Will always use Logbase for shipping. I recently had a Zoom meeting with Jennifer, a member of their team, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed by her professionalism. As I was explaining what I wanted, she astutely assessed that I didn't need the app for my requirements. Instead, she generously offered her guidance to show me how to achieve my goals directly within the Shopify app. This act of selflessness speaks volumes about Jennifer and the team's integrity. Despite the fact that I wouldn't be paying for the app, she went above and beyond to provide assistance. I wholeheartedly recommend them – they're honest, professional, and truly prioritize customer satisfaction

I had issues understanding how to set up the scenarios. I decided to use their chat feature on their app and they responded very quickly! They helped solve my issue in a matter of minutes. They care about their customers. Customer Support Rep. Rajkumar was great!

This app has worked great for everything we need. We have needed to contact support a few times and every person has been helpful and knowledgeable. We got Raj twice and he was the most exceptional. He is quick, knows the program, clear and also friendly and kind. The app is complex but the support team was able to help create and resolve each scenario we wanted.
