I would like to share my positive experience with the Shopify app "Shipeasy" and the support representative "Sudhan". I recently used Shipeasy for my e-commerce store, and I have to say, it was a game-changer. Settings can be tricky, but the customer service is excellent. Every time I get stuck, it's easy to get an appointment, and the Shipeasy team will set it up for you and test it. I have a scenario that needed different flat prices for each US shipping zone and their team entered all the US zip codes for me. Over time I found a couple of typos, but this was across hundreds of zip codes. My most recent call with Rahul & Siva was very helpful and they fixed an error preventing customers from being able to check out. We tested multiple product configurations to make sure everything was working correctly before we got off the call.

I can't express my immense gratitude for what Rahul and the team at Shipeasy did for me. After spending months trying to solve a tricky shipping problem on my client's Shopify store, I had all but given up - until this amazing crew stepped in! After a half-day effort on making the setting, I was finally told that it cannot work on the store, no shipping rates are shown due to a Shopify tech issue. Actually, it's not a tech problem, it's one of my location/warehouses that hasn't been verified. However, it's still a good shipping app, convenient to use, fast response.

The support has been amazing. I have several options that I need to add to my shipping profile, both small parcel and LTL. The support team has been willing to jump on multiple calls to walk me through this. This has been the easiest solution for the products we offer on our website.
