Had a lovely experience with the Ship Easy team. I was stuck with something and Durkesh got on a call with me several times to ensure everything worked smoothly. He spent extra time on my issue to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Cannot thank the entire team, and especially Durkesh for his effort, politeness and friendly behavior. Kudos!

Great app overall! Migrated our store from Woocommerce to Shopify and our shipping requirements are pretty complicated as we sell bulky vintage furniture nationwide. The customization features in this app are great. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a very nuanced way to configure shipping costs and was able to find a great solution with Shipeasy. There is a bit of a learning curve for setup, but the app is very well documented and support is fantastic. A support agent named Darkesh spent a good bit of time with me, holding my hand through setup, logging into my shop and answering questions. Very highly recommended app and company.

Very helpful zoom chat with Janani, who talked me through how to configure my shipping rates. Didn't realise you need to be on the Advanced plan or above with Shopify for this shipping app to work!
