**This plan only works if you pay for the Shopify and Pro level plans, not the Basic $39/month plan** In the app description, the developer tells you that you need the CCS API for the app to work, but leaves out that you can only access that API with the higher tier plans. The app seemed robust and well made, but it was frustrating to find that it is not actually compatible with my site after doing much of the setup.
Thank you Shipping Rates app. Special thanks to Durkesh who helped me on distance base shipping rates. We created all the scenarios together and tested as well. Waiting for show distance count between source to destination in history area for accurate results. Thank you!

This app is great in allowing me to set up custom tiered shipping rates for the different product variations I have in my store. I had a couple of issues with the set up of this app but the team went above and beyond in helping me to resolve everything when I spoke to them on the online chat. Wonderful service, I recommend.

This service is just incredible! Durkesh helped me immediately with all my issues and with his support the setup was very easy! Now I also understand it much better! In the future I will see if the app is working smoothly but I'm sure it will!

Uselsss customer service, couldnt follow the issue or help at all AND to top it off they had another customer join the same call for the first 10mins to ask them to come back later.
