The app is thorough, and works perfect for us after being set up correctly. Barath was very helpful in helping set up my shipping rates to our exact specs. This app overrides Shopify's default 'add rates together' for different shipping profiles, and allows us provide shipping rates that are one of the other, instead of combining them. Thanks Shipeasy!

Great functionality allowing me to charge additional delivery by post code by using product Tags. Made use of the free on-line meeting to set-up the app. Janani was extremely helpful, provided lots of useful tips, and made sure the app was set-up perfectly. *** Update - Vinduja has been lovely assisting with the app refinement - took over 2 hours & she was so patient, looks like the solution will improve our overall functionality greatly** Helped with a 'gremlin' in scenarios - speedy when contacted and an easy resolve. Something to note with this app (so that it is fit for your purpose) is that it does not 'tag' orders as they come through. They get listed under the shipping column on the orders page & the app does not have a date/time element, furthermore it isn't really compatible with that selection. Also, for Australian, it works off Zip Codes. Our zip codes (post code) areas can cover wide distances & need to ensure this works for you. Worth noting. For what it does (Shipping rates), it does well.

App was easy to install. One of their support reps, Siva, was extremely helpful in assisting me to set up my shipping rates quickly for a promotion we were running. Also, the price for the app is very reasonable.

This app is great, solved all our shipping configuration issues. Also, huge thank you, to Jenifer, Barath and Vignesh from support, outstanding help when configuring our specific shipping rules and requirements on an hour long call, thanks for your time! 5 star, would recommend to any Shopify store who may need advanced and conditional shipping requirements.
