We had a really complicated scenario with our shipping rates varying for different countries and based on multiple conditions like weight, quantity, and location all required to be checked at once. We tried many apps but self-configuration was very difficult, finally, we got this app and the LogBase team completed all our complex requirements accurately in a single day due to which we could get our international shipping going! Such a great app - with amazing support from Siva. I was able to do 2 zoom calls with screensharing to get the app set up correctly. He was so helpful and quick to understand what we needed to achieve. What we needed to do was quite complex but Siva found a solution for each scenario. Would highly recommend.

Wow - this is an impressive app and impressive service. I installed the app and needed some help configuring a complex shipping condition, so I sent a message in the live chat and within 5 minutes I was invited to a Zoom call with Siva to run through how to set everything up. You will not find better service anywhere else. Siva was so polite, knowledgable and very happy to help and explain how parts of the app worked. Genuinely, I'm so impressed. Thank you!

I tried numerous other apps through Shopify and none of which worked for my specific needs until I found this one! I'm now able to offer First Class Mail and Priority mail using live rates. Setup was pretty simple and the support team was ALWAYS available to help with any questions day or night. If you are needing to ship by weight using USPS live rates, this is the app to use, trust me!!
