Had initial issues setting up the app, but booked a onboarding call and got really great help from Jenifer. Everything working as intended now, we're satisfied. Update: had some issues with international shipping and Vignesh helped us solve that. Great and friendly service!

The app is always willing to hear your feedback and make changes, the support team is amazing. I've spoken with 3 or 4 different people and all of them have been great! It can be so complex to resolve their understanding is amazing. Thanks always team

First of all, the app is very useful, and filled with great features & options! Not to mention that it is reasonably priced. The customer service is outstanding! Janani helped me with my issue over several days and made sure that all my requirements were met. We even had a Zoom call and she held my hand every step of the way, to make sure my shipping problem was solved. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic app for displaying shipping rates. We work with multiple vendors via a dropshipping model so if customers purchase products from multiple vendors, we needed a way to combine the various shipping rates. This app does it perfectly! And support has been very responsive and helpful. 10/10.

Superbe application ! Permet de définir des scénarios très complexes et de pallier à certaines fonctionnalités manquantes chez Shopify. Nous avons par exemple pu régler le problème de livraison pour les îles françaises (Corses et îles insulaires) qu'il n'est pas possible de dissocier dans les paramètres natifs de Shopify. Cette application est donc parfaite pour pouvoir définir des règles complexes de livraison.
