The app extends the too basic possibilities of Shopify to do every scenario you can think of. It takes longer to think of what you'd like than implement it with the app. Jennifer from the help desk is brilliant. She helped me identify issues, fix them and test scenarios. She also thinks ahead of potential issues with rare customer scenarios. I highlight recommend the app and think Jennifer is highly capable.

It's a great app for people like us who have complicated shipping methods. This app can have as lot of scenarios as we want. Though I'm not good at English, the support team helped me very patiently. I think it was not easy to look into our admin page, because our language is Japanese. I can't thank you enough. --additional review-- Janani and the support team were helpful again. I was having trouble because an unknown delivery area had appeared. Although the zone was not visible, the team discovered that it belonged to another app. They were excellent, and exert efforts to solve the issue. Thank you very much again. So I contacted by chat with my poor English but Vignesh helped me brilliantly. He tried to understand my bad writing patiently. Then he combined some scenarios, and it worked! That's something I can't think of. Vignesh is a specialist. He will be a great help to you. --One more additional review-- Durkesh made it possible for me to set up a complex configuration that would have been very difficult for me to do on my own. She was extremely nice. she told me the steps that I needed to take before they could continue to set up my ship easy account and made sure I knew where to go to contact them again to finish setting up my account. This app works amazing for us. We have a 3PL, so we needed to create custom shipping categories for packages with certain weights/dimensions so that the correct carrier is used with our 3PL. Additionally, we need to charge for the market shipping price and not the Shopify discounted shipping price. We've been using this for about 6 months, and the customer support is next level. The set everything up for us via Zoom, and we can always get ahold of someone to troubleshoot if needed. Highly recommend!

I contacted their services because I had problems configuring the app for my needs. Indeed, it is impossible in Shopify Shipping to predict a delivery price according to an area in France and according to the weight. I got a quick response from Vinduja who took the time to answer me and help me. She gave me the reasons for the problem so that I could correct my settings. Now the delivery system is working properly. I am very happy to work with Shipping Rates — Shipeasy. I will finally be able to put my site online thanks to Vinduja and Shipping Rates - Shipeasy.
