Just had a support request concerning some special requirements i had. I needed adittional shipping costs for products that were in presale. Due to the extra shipment of these products we needed some special scenarios. Had a call with Siva, he was super helpful and solved everything according to our requirements. I highly recommend Shipeasy to anyone as this is hands down the most versatile shipping app I have come across! The scenario setup determines the various rule sets available that can be tweaked to meet one's criteria. The History Detail provides a great snapshot of the transaction and matching scenarios. What is even more exceptional is the brilliant tech support behind the app. Vinduja is very patient throughout the Zoom session when explaining the intricacies of the rule sets. Her exceptional knowledge and competency are second to none!
