Dhana was extremely helpful walking us through how to set the app up. You can set your shipping up exactly how you want to using this app, highly recommend!

I use this to set up my international shipping methods and fees. It's a well built tool to configure many complex scenarios that come with duties and taxes calculation per region level. The team, especially Sowmiya has helped us configure our store and understood our rather complex requirements with ease. She's been a great support throughout the process. Generally, the team is always ready to jump on a call and help and I find it commendable!

Updated: Janani was really helpful again with my queries. Thank you! The app is slightly complicated to use, but the Shipeasy team is always there to help with issues! Just did a live chat to solve an issue with checkout and Janani helped us figure out what was wrong and what to do in the future to prevent it from happening again - in less than 10 minutes. 100% recommend this app!!

We are moving from another app to this one and are super nervous about whether it can be implemented immediately and whether errors can solved quickly as it could suspend the incoming orders if the address of shipping has any errors. But they have been very helpful and responded almost instantly and overall it feels like a much smoother operation and no issues so far.

Shipping Rates allow for custom rules that were really useful in our custom shipping rates for specific orders - Janani, Raj, and Sowmi were a great help in helping me get these set up. One thing that was lacking was a visual editor or visual display to show all the different shipping logics that we have installed. It would be a great feature to add!

Been using Logbase Shipping for a year or so now and besides it not being able to handle 50 scenarios or more, the support is amazing. Any scenario/complexity you want to set up just book a call with the team and they'll help you out. Janani is especially helpful! Durkesh is also incredibly helpful!

We have a very complex shipping situation that no other apps have been able to accommodate and Dhana has found a workaround and we can now hit the ground running. Very helpful :-) Durkesh has been very helpful in helping me set up the rules

Dhana LogBase is AWESOME!!!! Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend this app based upon his help alone. Although I am new to the app I am finding that is suits my needs and have no problem subscribing. Good investment overall.

Customer service is spot on. Raj spent over an hour with me setting up and testing the rates in the cart for QTY and location settings. He stayed on until we were sure it was all 100% correct. App seems a lot more intuitive that shopify's own settings and can adjust rates based on Quantity. So far so good!
