I highly recommend the Shipeasy app for any business with custom shipping rate requirements. The entire customer service team (especially Sowmiya) has offered exceptional service and assistance with the entire setup of our shipping rates for our store. They were very friendly and quick to reply with any questions I had. Our store has complex shipping requirements and Sowmiya went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. We cannot thank her enough for all of her help along with the entire LogBase Shipeasy team! 6/13/23 Update: We had changes that needed to be made to our shipping options and Siva was wonderful to work with! Explained everything very clearly and very friendly. Thank you for all of your help!

I recently used Shipeasy for my e-commerce store, and I have to say, it was a game-changer. Settings can be tricky, but the customer service is excellent. Every time I get stuck, it's easy to get an appointment, and the Shipeasy team will set it up for you and test it. I have a scenario that needed different flat prices for each US shipping zone and their team entered all the US zip codes for me. Over time I found a couple of typos, but this was across hundreds of zip codes. My most recent call with Rahul & Siva was very helpful and they fixed an error preventing customers from being able to check out. We tested multiple product configurations to make sure everything was working correctly before we got off the call.
