He is very knowledgeable and has a strong understanding of restricted areas and different shipping rate rules. He explained everything clearly and helped configure the app exactly according to our requirements. The support was excellent, and I really appreciated that the team allows Zoom meeting calls, which made solving issues much faster and easier. The app itself is very good, and with Durkesh’s help, we successfully resolved all our issues. So far, seems to be working now. Integration with Shopify was problematic at first. Spent a lot of extra hours getting it right. But the support was very responsive and got it handled. All seems to be working very well now.

So far so good, I have been using the app to set up our shipping rates and it is working as desired. There is definitely a bit of a learning curve, and I had some questions but I was able to get support from Vignesh and he helped me out right away.
