Great shipping app, does exactly what we want it to and is pretty easy to understand. We had a small problem, I sent an email which was replied to immediately by Jenifer and we had the issue sorted within a few minutes. There was no problem with the app, the problem was me not reading the instructions.

We have been testing ShipX to see if it can fulfil a specific shipping role and so far everyone we've spoken to has been really helpful going through the scenarios with us and providing fast support.
