Deepan took me through the logic on a call, impressive and straightforward features. We are using shipx to combine shipping rates and charge for delivering to certain postcodes. Looking forward to implementing this.

The introductory session was very productive and to the point. Vignesh helped me understand the entire process. It is exactly what I needed for my shop. I'll test more but am confident this app will do. Deepan also helped me with combined rates and how to use them. He took time to troubleshoot the rates. Really appreciate the effort.

After testing a number of shipping apps, we decided to use ShipX and we are glad we did. ShipX offered all the features we were looking for as we have complex shipping rules based on postal codes in Canada. We also needed an app that has a smart packing algorithm that takes into consideration the dimension and weights of items and the app does that well. Meaning, the app allows us to optimize the space in our shipping boxes which means saving on shipping fees for us and our customers. Also, the apps allows us to use customer tags or product tags for special rules or scenarios adding to its flexibility. Finally, the ability to sync products with a push of a button instead of manually entering/uploading excel files with new products makes our job easier. The support from the team is probably one the best out there. The team is available for live chat, emails, and zoom. We are very happy with the support we received thus far and continue to do so from Nithish as he is always helping us with our requests and inquiries guiding us to set up things correctly and finding us solutions when we cannot our selves.
