This makes it all very nice to track and manage what notifications the customer is receiving. Love that it is all in one place!

it is easy to set up and is super complete. The customer is aware of the follow-up of his order at each stage. A first email is sent to him with a tracking number from which he can follow the progress of his order on the site. It is also automatically informed by email at each stage of the delivery process, which avoids doing it manually.

I love this app. It automatically sends out notifications to my customers informing them of the location of their package and they can track their package directly from their email. www.footsylicious.com

very poor customer service and support. dont expect to ever get an answer. I have submitted multiple tickets with just the same question but they never get back to me

I really like this app and using it for more than 9 months. Very customisable and easy to use. They support the newbees like me with their purchasing plan. I advice everyone to use it.

this works pretty well, but i wish the email templates could just copy the format and colours and links and email formatting from the first template you set up. Otherwise, it seems to be A+
