We have always had great customer service from Shipping Easy! I have always found them to be incredibly friendly and helpful! However, I recently had a snafu that I needed help with and Melody was amazing! Not only was she kind, but she walked me through every step making a difficult task so much easier! Thank you so much!

This works so well, and was an excellent way to move away from Filemaker. I'm not the most software savvy person out there, and every time I get confused, or need help, they are always happy to do so, and take time with me and are very patient, until I am up and running. Great customer service, and product.

Well all I can is that Josh Saved the day! I noticed that some of my customers did not show ship delivery and Josh saved the day. He made worry go away by listening as well as understanding and getting involved. He should be a personal concierge for SHIPPING EASY! I LOVE HIM AND HE RESPECTS FOOTNANNY! Gloria Williams Owner

Following a national TV experience we went from Shippo to ShippingEasy. We simply had to to handle the HUGE jump in order volume. And I'm glad we did. ShippingEasy makes it super easy to batch print large numbers of orders at once with a single click. And their customer service is off the charts. Cory patiently answered all of my questions and actually did a lot of the work himself, ensuring everything went smoothly. I highly recommend!

Shipping Easy is a breeze to use! I love the way it's set up. Syncing your online store is a cinch, and even syncing multiple stores is no problem. Beyond the user friendly app and the features is offers, the customer service is out of this world! There just isn't an issue they aren't able to help you with. :-) Highly recommend to new business owners and established as well. So far, everything has been smooth! The app speeds up our fulfillment process and saves us money. Plus the all-star customer service team is just a call away to talk me through the process and fix any user errors I am experiencing, shout out to Bailey! 10/10 recommend.

This app has been a lifesaver for me! It really speeds up the shipping process and their customer service is top notch! Bailey has worked with me in getting everything set up and has been a HUGE help! If I ever have a question or concern I simply chat or call in and they are right on it. I definitely recommend this app!

this is the worse app on the market. Go to print out labels and prints out other customers labels. Terrible

We've been using Shipping Easy for about 6 months. Any frustrations I had initially were simply due to Amazon's restrictions on 3rd party apps, which is not the fault of Shipping Easy...and really no big deal now that I understand the intricacies of Amazon. The customer support is AWESOME (thank you, Shaquel)! The system is robust and we are now using it with our Shopify account, which seems to be very streamlined. I noticed someone mentioned they cannot create pdfs, but we print pdfs with Shipping Easy all the time and it works great. I've only seen Shipping Easy go down one time in 6 months, but they seemed to recover quickly and it did not affect our shipments being processed in time (I'll admit, it was a little stressful at first, but resolved in time). Shipping Easy also does regular updates to improve the system and respond to customer suggestions, which has been great! They mentioned that they update coding on a weekly basis. I am happy with the program and excited about the potential once I learn how to use all of the features.

ShippingEasy is great but definitely does not have anything. A few things I don't understand - why can you not just download a shipping label and not print it? Frustrating when I am trying to send to a customer. Similarly, you cannot download a PDF of the orders you are trying to print before printing. Their customer service is very accessible, but I agree they do tend to place blame on external factors. They are always very nice and problem is solved quickly, but I do feel like we have to call a lot. Overall, more features than our previous shipper (GoShippo) and for now it is working for us.

Not a reliable service for a business that needs to do a lot of shipping. The system crashes all the time and at key moments when you need to ship items to customers, the service doesn't work. Also, unless you pay for a subscription, forget about getting any help.

Completely blown away by Shippingeasy's customer service! I was lucky enough to get help from Clyde and Bryan today! They absolutely killed it. So friendly and super kind. They helped solve my printing issue with ease. I love knowing they are a phone call away. No operator options, just directly linked to amazing SE employees! Keep up the stellar work, Clyde and Bryan! :)

Bailey and everyone over there at shipping easy are fantastic. I have called them for little things that I feel silly calling for and huge things that they were able to walk me through. They are always nice and make my issue a priority, I am a customer service rep for our business and I really appreciate it when someone treats me the way I treat our customers. When I have to call for help, it is the easiest call to make. Thank you for being Shipping Super Heros.

Just got off the phone with Clyde, over at Shipping Easy Customer Store. We were chatting for over an hour. He answered and solved ALL of my shipping questions. He spend time will updating all of our configurations to maximize the services provided by Shipping Easy. Thanks to his help, we will be able to manage the high sales volume for the upcoming holiday season. Thank you for all your help
