ShippingEasy is a great app for keeping track of all your shipping on multiple channels. I used it for my website, eBay and Etsy and it always did well. I really like the ability to print out multiple packing slips and labels at one time. And the postage pricing seems the same as other apps. I also used their inventory app (which is $9 extra) and liked it. The inventory part does need a few improvements (just seems like it takes too many steps on some processes, and it didn't import the UPCs). it is a new addition to their main app which is the shipping, but they're definitely doing well with it. Overall, I would recommend this app if you're looking for an app to manage your shipping from several different channels. And really, if you're selling on multiple channels, you really need to invest in some program to help you keep up on everything. The only reason I switched to a different app is that I'm currently needing something that also handles listing on multiple channels as well as more in-depth inventory management. But I would definitely consider using ShippingEasy again if my needs change.

I installed the app - then uninstalled and it is still charging me. I need to dispute the charges but there is no good way to get in touch with anyone.

This App is a life saver when it comes to shipping. The shipping rules are very easy to setup and are insanely helpful. Their staff has also been amazing to work with whenever we have issues. If you have a Shopify store this app is a must!

While in the process of setting up our store we had some questions. Every time we reached out to customer service we got someone to talk to immediately. All customer service staff is very friendly and patient. In particular Micah was always able to help us adequately thanks to his knowledge and excellent communication skills.

We have spent ALOT of money with this app due to our high volume. We reached out to them because out of THIRTY apps that we use for our store, this was the ONLY one that had not updated so we could use Shopify’s location services - something we asked Shopify for because we desperately needed especially with the holiday season approaching. We even were part of a call with Shopify to test the features before they rolled it out. We told ShippingEasy that we were going to need to switch to ShipStation because we could not go into the holiday season without this key feature. We were told that their update would be available in four days from our call. Yet here we are TWO AND A HALF WEEKS after the PROMISED update and they still have not gotten it completed. They clearly just lied to us to get us to stay and we stupidly trusted them. It’s now Black Friday and we are in our second peak which means shipping 200+ orders a day. However, the chore of managing inventory at multiple locations impacts are service level. Pissed.

I use this app to print all of my postage. Commercial Base pricing is as good as it gets- coupled with excellent tech support!!!!!! updated- 2022- Still loving the ease of shipping easy!

Wow! Just WOW! This app truly is amazing with all that it can do to manage, sort, filter, and help you deliver with labels, shipping management and so much more. But the real secret (and amazing part) about ShippingEasy is their incredible support staff. You can talk to a real person. And everyone I've spoken with has been very competent and helpful... even for complex questions. They'll spend hours on the phone with you, if needed, to make sure you're successful with the app and what you need for your business. With folks I've spoken with like Isabela, Ray, and Emma, I've never left a conversation without problems solved and my business continuing to make money. Highly recommended.

Their customer service is AMAZING. I needed assistance integrating from USPS to Fed Ex One Rate and they were SO helpful! They were very thorough, went through the whole process with me, and in the end everything worked perfectly.

I had an issue syncing/authorizing a store, I called the store and did what they said, but it did not work. I then called ShippingEasy, and the woman I spoke with was SUPER helpful. She stayed on the phone with me until the issue was resolved (and it was resolved). I wish I had contacted ShippingEasy first, I could not be more pleased with the customer service :)

I love using ShippingEasy because it puts all of our orders in one place so I don't overlook an order accidentally. I love how responsive their customer service is. I love that I can speak to a person whenever I need help, one that speaks English that I can understand. I love that they can talk we through some operation and I have NEVER been made to feel belittled or that I asked a stupid question. Great staff, ShippingEasy!!!
