ShippingEasy is a great app! And, if you need anything, you can count on their superior customer service. I have contacted them by phone and chat. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to automate their fulfillment.

I've used ShippingEasy for years and I love it! I come in each morning and all of my orders are populated and ready to ship. It filters in from Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Ebay and a few more so I don't have to go chasing orders. They're all in one place! Also, if I ever have a question, I can open a chat window and talk to Matthew, the most HELPFUL customer service guy, and he answers all of my questions, and he's super cool too :) This software is worth the monthly fee as it saves me so much time and hassle, and I can also organize all my shipping carriers in one place too!

Love this app! We've used it since the beginning of our business because it offered their service for free for small monthly shipments. I enjoy how easy it is to use, the ability to have our logo on our shipping labels, and their customer service is fast and great!!!

This APP has been AMAZING. First of all, it works great and it isn't hard to learn all the tricks. The customer service has always been outstanding and very helpful. We are saving hundreds of dollars a month using this app for our shipping.

Starting out as a small e-commerce business has many daunting tasks and shipping was one of them for me. I went with a recommendation from a friend to use ShippingEasy, and I am glad that I did. They have a 1-on-1 onboarding process that helps you get set up. Which is really nice when using a new software.

I have been using this app for longer than I can remember. The interface and support staff is just fantastic as well. I just got off chat with Melody and she helped me through some issues I was having with customer reviews, fast and solved the issue right away.

I've been using shippingeasy for years and I LOVE IT!! It's so organized and easy just like it's name shipping is easy with shippingeasy! If I have ever had any questions or concerns they're always there to help and usually do so at lightning speed. I would recommend this program to anyone it's worth every penny! Just started on SE, but the setup was smooth as Jacen and the customer service team there were very beneficial. They made it easy to ask questions and to work toward getting the very most of the services SE has to offer, with a much lower rate than our previous system.

Sarah was by far the most knowledgeable and the best customer service experience I have ever had. She was very patient with me and explained herself so well that it made the experience enjoyable and very easy to set up my account. Could not set up a USPS account through Shipping Easy. Despite having the correct shipping/billing address, Shipping Easy APP kept giving a "Billing address could not be verified with USPS" error code. Tech support was quick to respond to my call but could offer no solution. Had to delete APP less than 30 minutes after installing.

I opened an account with them and looked around, tried getting started and then decided it was not the best fit for me. I deleted the app and the next day received THREE phone calls from them starting at 7:30am and messages as well as an email. I told them I cancelled my account and didn't need it. Received a 4th phone call again and he even acknowledged that I cancelled and yet he was still insisting on setting up an on-boarding with me. Extremely pushy. There are better apps out there and for better prices (which they argue).

I really like using the ShippingEasy app. It's great to have all of our orders from all marketplaces in one spot. I also really appreciate the great support from everyone at ShippingEasy. They have a nice chat feature so you don't have to call in if you prefer the online chat and it works really great. Any time I've had an issue and had to contact the support team, they have been super prompt, friendly and helpful. Today, Melody assisted me with a confusing issue and she made the whole experience very smooth and easy. I feel confident that if I have any issues, ShippingEasy will be able to help, which really helps me to feel confident in their service. Edit: The customer service is still great! Today I was promptly assisted by Josh and he was as helpful as the previous customer service reps that I contacted. The helpful people at ShippingEasy are one of the best parts of the system!

Been using this app for a couple of days and It's already paid for itself! Having several options of shipping at your fingertips is amazing. The customer service was some of the best I've ever experienced with any product. They reached out to me to make sure I knew what I was doing (in a good way). Then had two follow-up calls scheduled to makes sure all of my questions were answered. Isabel Ruvalcaba and Sarah Weiss were outstanding to work with. Nothing but good things to say about this app or their customer service.
