I chose ShippingEasy as my shipping partner when I first launched my shop, and I have been very happy with that decision, their service and support! Today was a great example as I spoke with Bailey, who was very helpful, and only quickly addressed the questions I had, but also offered some suggestions to consider. He also offered to look into a question I had about rate differences (more) between what Shopify Real-Time Shipping is charging my customers for FedEx and what ShippingEasy - and FedEx for that matter - would charge me for the same item. There are so many things to juggle every day running a shop in today's world, and I strongly believe that you have to take the time to pick the best partners you can to help you succeed. I believe ShippingEasy is one of those for me and my shop.

Always able to reach a person when calling main number. Love that. This time they had to had a support team member call me back - took less than 10 minutes. Got help from James to solve what turned out to be a slightly technical issue in keeping 3 systems (Shopify - Shipping Easy - Endicia) talking to each other in such a way that resolves issue and keeps me from getting a tech headache (cause tech is not what I do) and in a way that is automated and easy. He kept the language simple, identified the best way to solve the problem and stayed on the line to walk me through until we had a solution in hand. Bravo!

Such a great app. We've been using it for 4 years and haven't had a bad experience with it yet. Takes the headache out of order processing. A particular example is when we run our annual Cyber Monday Sale we get 100 orders within a day span. Instead of it taking hours to just print packing slips & shipping labels it cuts the time down to about 15 to 20 minutes...We most definately save the money spend in monthly costs to shipping easy in labor. BIG TIME. Fantastic App!

The best app for shipping I've used, and the only one I've ever needed. Excellent customer support, low cost and integrates every online store we have (AMAZON, EBAY, ETSY except HOUZZ). Super simple interface makes shipping very efficient - a must for any serious ecommerce store.

We've been using ShippingEasy for over 3 years now and have to say, it's been seamlessly efficient and easy to use. The interface is straightforward and allows us to ship our items quickly and in a more organized manner. On top of that, their customer service team is always readily and happily available to answer any question. Definitely recommend this app for your shipping needs!

Love this App! It makes it so easy for me to easily integrate sales from my shopify site and Jane.com. Great prices and very easy to use! I highly recommend it!

Shippingeasy is easy and useful for our company. We use it everyday! It would be awesome if the customs forms for international shipping could all be printed at once. Selecting the customs form for each order makes my shipping days much slower. I know that is something that is being worked on currently but would love that to change. Other than that, we love that you guys have a "chat" very helpful. -PV

Have used Shipping Easy now for almost 3 years, and it keeps getting better! I think it's a pretty intuitive app, love that it auto-fulfills my shipped packages, shows me when my packages have been delivered, shows me orders that have the same mailing address to combine orders, and really saves us time! A must-have app for shipping!

Received excellent service on shipping problem and on a minor computer problem that plagued me for days. 5 starts for Taylor at Shipping Easy.

After most recent update when using search to fulfill shopify orders shippingeasy has a predictor as you type, sometimes this pulls up the wrong order and I find myself printing the wrong label. This happens way too often and is a real problem!

ShippingEasy is so simple and convenient to use! Leaning how to use the site was easy because of their amazing customer service! Many advanced features built in to the site help me manage my store perfectly.
