I LOVE shipping easy for our store. It works perfectly, it allows our fulfillment team to process the orders all while I'm able to make sure it's all working smoothly. The ShippingEasy team is very helpful and reachable should you have any issues. I highly recommend!

So far we are loving Shipping Easy. We ship about 500 packages per month, mostly USPS. Its easy to use and we can print packing slips and labels for all the orders on a given day with a few clicks. It will learn rules that will speed up daily shipping. The customer service is top notch- a real live person answers the phone when you call - and they actually know their stuff. (unlike most of the "gurus" that I have dealt with). Seriously, loving it and would highly recommend. Easy to implement and great customer service!

I used the free plan for some time before upgrading (once I passed 50 orders a month and wanted to integrate my Amazon and Amazon Handmade shops as well as my Shopify shop). ShippingEasy is awesome for getting started on the cheap, but it's also great once you've grown a bit as well. I love that I can print shipping labels for orders from multiple stores all in the same place, as one batch. It really streamlines my packaging and shipping process.

SE is the BEST! We've been doing in house fulfillment from the beginning of our business and this has allowed us to streamline our entire process. The support alone is well worth jumping ship from any other shipping / fulfillment app. These guys are LEGIT! They stand behind their platform and are there to guide you through the greys when any issue arise. By far one of the best apps on Shopify! After 3 years of manually entering shipping info on our fedex account, I decided to get a shipping easy account. This has saved us not only money, but hours of shipping time. The platform is easy to use and is a no-brainer to use for all businesses. Can't believe it took us this long to utilize. We are a forever shipping easy customer now!

We have been using ShippingEasy for about 2 years now and it definitely has been pivotal to our success. Being able to manage shipments from all of our sales channels in one central location saves us a ton of time, energy and headaches. The great thing that I like about ShippingEasy is that it truly allows you to scale your business and add on more sales channels from multiple shopify, Ebay, and Amazon stores. For us we have 6 connected sales channels which we manage incoming shipments all from ShippingEasy. We use FedEx, DHL, USPS and UPS for our carriers and they integrate seamlessly with all of our accounts. We do a lot of International shipping as well and ShippingEasy really does a great job with generating the correct customs documents and forms.

You cannot create irregular package sizes (poly bags). Otherwise easy to use, but seems a bit lame that of all the effort they put into building this, they leave this out.

Very easy to personalize for shop needs. ShippingEasy support is knowledgable, responsive, and kind.

Shipping Easy has been amazing for our high volume business. Setting up rules should be a daunting task, butt SE make it easy to figure out. The knowledge base is very thorough and customer service always addresses my questions in a prompt and friendly manner. I highly recommend Shipping Easy for any Shopify store, big or small.

Switching over to ShippingEasy has definitely streamlined the whole process of getting orders out the door. The time it took me to process the large volume of orders generated by our Spring sale was a fraction of what our old platform would have taken. By allowing me to generate labels and packing slips with just a few simple steps and clicks, it has made life in the warehouse much smoother. Instead of spending all day just processing orders, I now can begin shipping them that day. I appreciate the ability to pick up the phone and speak with someone in tech support on a moment's notice if I have any issues or questions. I would have given 4 1/2 stars, but no fractions were allowed! The only reason I didn't give 5 was that they are still working on perfecting the QuickBooks integration. Once the minor issues with that have been resolved, then 5 stars all the way!

Shipping Easy has been an incredible platform for us to scale our business. With it's functionality in creating shipping rules we have been able to automate our process to keep up with the rapid growth in orders. One of my favorite things has to be their Customer Service! Always available and super helpful. I'm excited to have found a shipping solution that can grow with us!

We've been using Shipping Easy for quite some time now. Honestly I wish I would have started using it when I first opened up for business. Its the super quick and easy to use, not to mention the best part. The pricing has saved us thousands already! This app should be attached to every web store that ships. In other words. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Love it. Especially love the chat support option. Everything is pretty user friendly, so I don't have many issues, but any time something is unclear, I get a fast detailed response via chat. Thanks for making my life easier.

ShippingEasy has been a breeze to integrate and use. We have found it 100% better and more reliable than other shipping services we have used. We have had no issues with connectivity to Shopify, our orders are fulfilled with a tracking number consistently. Our shipping department also finds it easy and straight forward to use. Support is also fantastic! I would highly recommend using ship easy and your shipping solution.

This app is wonderful and saves me hours of time every week. I tried stamps.com and did not like it at all. Got a telephone solicitor call from ShippingEasy. WOW, their customer service was amazing. They walked me through every detail via telephone. I can't say enough good things about this app. Well worth the money I pay them, plus postage discounts are better than any other company I have found.

We ship about 100 packages a week during our peak season and we've been using the app for almost a full year and we are very pleased with the functionality and improvements to the platform. We only gave it 4 stars..not because there are any reasons to hesitate to choose Shipping Easy.. there are a few things we'd like to see implemented in future updates. The main one is the way the app reports back to Shopify on partially filled orders...(and this may be a problem with Shopify more than Shipping Easy) but we often have orders with split fulfillment...meaning we fill some at one warehouse and some are filled from the manufacturer.. right now if we select only the items we're sending through Shipping Easy, the app cannot tell Shopify.. "don't mark everything as shipped..only these items" so when the customer gets an email it appears everything is shipped. But, again, that may be more of a Shopify issue... so bottom line if you're considering a shipping platform you won't go wrong with this one. We left Shippo after only 4 or 5 months to come to Shipping Easy because it was that much better.
