This app is wonderful and saves me hours of time every week. I tried stamps.com and did not like it at all. Got a telephone solicitor call from ShippingEasy. WOW, their customer service was amazing. They walked me through every detail via telephone. I can't say enough good things about this app. Well worth the money I pay them, plus postage discounts are better than any other company I have found.

We ship about 100 packages a week during our peak season and we've been using the app for almost a full year and we are very pleased with the functionality and improvements to the platform. We only gave it 4 stars..not because there are any reasons to hesitate to choose Shipping Easy.. there are a few things we'd like to see implemented in future updates. The main one is the way the app reports back to Shopify on partially filled orders...(and this may be a problem with Shopify more than Shipping Easy) but we often have orders with split fulfillment...meaning we fill some at one warehouse and some are filled from the manufacturer.. right now if we select only the items we're sending through Shipping Easy, the app cannot tell Shopify.. "don't mark everything as shipped..only these items" so when the customer gets an email it appears everything is shipped. But, again, that may be more of a Shopify issue... so bottom line if you're considering a shipping platform you won't go wrong with this one. We left Shippo after only 4 or 5 months to come to Shipping Easy because it was that much better.

Running your own business after a corporate career where you expect others to do all the work is not happing. When orders come to us via the web and Shopify you need to process them quickly with little hassle. Shipping Easy is the answer. No more copy and pasting into Stamps.com domestically and even worse with international (copying and pasting first, last, street, etc.) or fumbling around with Paypal and shipping there. I love orders but actually hated being handcuffed with the process. ShippingEasy has changed my business life lets me batch and set packaging, push a button and print all packaging slips and labels at once. And their customer service is very helpful too. One of the best shipping platforms I have ever used. Robust and easy to navigate. Great customer support and training. Can't recommend highly enough.

ShippingEasy has worked very well for us! We really enjoy using it once we got all the specifics figured out, we actually never used USPS before this and only used UPS we are saving us and our customers so much money by having the ability to use both though. We use a Zebra Thermal Printer with shipping easy to print the labels and it works flawlessly we only had one small problem with a odd sized shipping box, and i contacted support about it. She promised to follow up with me, and get back to me with a solution.. which she did! So they are reliable, the support is helpful and they follow through on what they say they will do. Our service department has gotten fast at using this tool!

Really like this app! Since we sell in various venues it is great to see all shipping history at a glance as well as delivery information. Thanks for a great app!

I'm sorry I didn't find ShippingEasy earlier! They have made our lives so much easier! Saves a ton of time and easy to set up and use. I highly recommend it anyone who ships product, online OR offline.

So far so good! We recently switched to ShippingEasy after manually entering shipping with Endicia for Mac. Not only has it saved us a lot of time but also a lot of money. The shipping rates are much better than what we were getting directly from Endicia. The customer service is also outstanding! Keep up the good work.

ShippingEasy turned out not to be the right solution for us at this time, but they were incredibly helpful and honest with us while trying to figure things out. We fully intend to revisit their service once our shipping needs are a little more advanced.

We have tried so many shipping programs and finally found one that works! Easy to use, fantastic customer service and best of all, THE best mailing pricing around! Wish we could have found them sooner.

We have been using ShippingEasy for over a year now. It's easy to use & integrates with multiple channels seamlessly. I have called a few times with some questions on how-to & always received a prompt follow-up & answer to my inquiry. I also didn't think the rates could get any better than Commercial, but when we had to upgrade to the $29/mo plan -- I received better rates on Priority & Express, which has paid for the service. They always offer great tips, up-to-date info & make it easy for small business to save on shipping in every way possible.

Shipping Easy with Endicia totally changed our lives. Had we known how easy it was to ship quickly and avoid the post office lines we would have done this 7 years ago. The staff has also been extraordinary with customer service, available for calls and immediate email responses. A fantastic modern product with "amazon-like" customer service. Impressed.

Not a good solution for your all shipping needs, but good for printing packing list :) Does not support UPS. Packing list and Pick List module needs to be improved. Customer service reps cant answer your questions, they cant help at all.

I understand the need to raise prices every once in a while. However, if you will penalize folks for using their carrier accounts (and, therefore, their own negotiated rates), make sure that you build in some contingencies for cases where folks can NOT use your rates BY LAW. We ship alcohol and MUST ship using our shipping account. Charging us more for the "privilege" is bad business and worse optics. I will be looking for an alternative and suggest friends in the industry do the same.

It's a very good app. The only drawback is that it does not accommodate FedEx Smart post and this is critical for us. It was once a great one stop shop for 2 of our online stores, 1 in 3dcart, the other in shopify. Without this compatibility we have to manually process orders in a separate FedEx module which adds a lot of time. Will be looking for a different one stop solution to get the efficiency I want. If you do not use Smart Post, it is the best shipping app there is IMO.
