Really like this app! Since we sell in various venues it is great to see all shipping history at a glance as well as delivery information. Thanks for a great app!

After researching a couple of other shipping integration apps (including a trial run) none of them seemed to be a perfect match, until I called ShippingEasy and actually got a real person on the phone who was able to answer some pretty specific questions I had (most importantly, could I use Endicia and NOT Stamps.com) (and yes I know stamps just bought Endicia) as well as giving me a quick demo. I recently had a question on how to handle something and voila had a quick chat, question solved!! Great people and great app... They may be "developers" but they actually "get" how to run a business too! Now if they'd only come up with an accounting app and a shopping cart!! :)

I'm sorry I didn't find ShippingEasy earlier! They have made our lives so much easier! Saves a ton of time and easy to set up and use. I highly recommend it anyone who ships product, online OR offline.

So far so good! We recently switched to ShippingEasy after manually entering shipping with Endicia for Mac. Not only has it saved us a lot of time but also a lot of money. The shipping rates are much better than what we were getting directly from Endicia. The customer service is also outstanding! Keep up the good work.

ShippingEasy turned out not to be the right solution for us at this time, but they were incredibly helpful and honest with us while trying to figure things out. We fully intend to revisit their service once our shipping needs are a little more advanced.

We have been using ShippingEasy for over a year now. It's easy to use & integrates with multiple channels seamlessly. I have called a few times with some questions on how-to & always received a prompt follow-up & answer to my inquiry. I also didn't think the rates could get any better than Commercial, but when we had to upgrade to the $29/mo plan -- I received better rates on Priority & Express, which has paid for the service. They always offer great tips, up-to-date info & make it easy for small business to save on shipping in every way possible.

Shipping Easy with Endicia totally changed our lives. Had we known how easy it was to ship quickly and avoid the post office lines we would have done this 7 years ago. The staff has also been extraordinary with customer service, available for calls and immediate email responses. A fantastic modern product with "amazon-like" customer service. Impressed.

Not a good solution for your all shipping needs, but good for printing packing list :) Does not support UPS. Packing list and Pick List module needs to be improved. Customer service reps cant answer your questions, they cant help at all.

I understand the need to raise prices every once in a while. However, if you will penalize folks for using their carrier accounts (and, therefore, their own negotiated rates), make sure that you build in some contingencies for cases where folks can NOT use your rates BY LAW. We ship alcohol and MUST ship using our shipping account. Charging us more for the "privilege" is bad business and worse optics. I will be looking for an alternative and suggest friends in the industry do the same.

It's a very good app. The only drawback is that it does not accommodate FedEx Smart post and this is critical for us. It was once a great one stop shop for 2 of our online stores, 1 in 3dcart, the other in shopify. Without this compatibility we have to manually process orders in a separate FedEx module which adds a lot of time. Will be looking for a different one stop solution to get the efficiency I want. If you do not use Smart Post, it is the best shipping app there is IMO.

I love this app. Their customer support is fantastic (you call, they answer, and help) -- but even more impressive is the speed of updates / features. They pump out new features incredibly quickly, and even added a small feature that I called in to request on the phone! All I can say is wow.

Shipping Easy was a perfect service for many months, then in the last 4 weeks they seem to have fallen apart. After an overnight "update" our templates were corrupted, our logo was distorted, some information went missing from out packing lists, and every time they try to fix it something else goes wrong. It's been buggy for 4 weeks now, and even with repeated calls and hours on the phone with their support people, they can't seem to fix the system. Lately they have been failing to update our Shopify store when orders ship, and on the packing lists we see "Liquid Error: wrong number of arguments (1 for 2)" which is ridiculous. We're getting ready to swtich...we can't put up with this anymore.

I rarely writes review.... However, kudos must be given to Shipping Easy! I've been using Shipping Easy for over a year now and it's .... easy. All of my orders from Shopify are synced seamlessly and my customers are immediately updated when I complete a shipping label. We take in-person orders and having the Manual Option at no additional charge is awesome! I have the option to add my Etsy account as well for a small monthly fee. If you don't use Shipping Easy yet, you should. Thanks for making a great app!

Where have you been all our lives?! =) We love Shipping Easy! Before we used USPS Click n Ship and had to manually enter EVERYTHING! Plus we could only ship Priority mail from home. We'd have to go to the post office and stand in line to do our 1st class/media mail shipments. But NOW shipping easy lets us do everything from home!! It is FANTASTIC! Super easy to use too! Thank you Shipping Easy for helping this non profit be more efficient!
