I used ShippingEasy for the sale of my Recoup BEAUTISCOOPs on Good Morning America. James and Bailey were fantastic! Helped me troubleshoot any issues and everything went wonderfully! So well, that I connected my regular website to ShippingEasy to better batch and print my Recoup BEAUTSCOOP orders! :)

Bailey and everyone over there at shipping easy are fantastic. I have called them for little things that I feel silly calling for and huge things that they were able to walk me through. They are always nice and make my issue a priority, I am a customer service rep for our business and I really appreciate it when someone treats me the way I treat our customers. When I have to call for help, it is the easiest call to make. Thank you for being Shipping Super Heros.

Just got off the phone with Clyde, over at Shipping Easy Customer Store. We were chatting for over an hour. He answered and solved ALL of my shipping questions. He spend time will updating all of our configurations to maximize the services provided by Shipping Easy. Thanks to his help, we will be able to manage the high sales volume for the upcoming holiday season. Thank you for all your help

I had a problem and called Shipping Easy. Bailey was the best and solved my issue in under a minute! All of the people I speak to at Shipping Easy [I call often} always are helpful. Best service around!

This a great app for all of those non-tech-savvy people like me. Works very well and makes your e-commerce store look like a pro. Also integrates with your Amazon store which is a great plus. Tech support is on point, ask for Clyde if you need some help.

5+++ I only wish I'd called support day one as they are awesome. Seriously, after one year of using Shipping Easy and loving it, I finally got around to calling support and they helped me create a list of very specific shipping rules that help our orders sort into the best shipping category saving me and our warehouse hours of manual effort and time. I would not run an e-commerce store without this app. There service is over the top as we are preparing to send thousands of orders to fulfill our recent Kickstarter. I worked with Clyde today and he was awesome!! He helped me get all uploaded and ready to use Shopify. Every time I call in the customer service reps are so helpful and never a long wait to talk to someone! Would recommend Shipping Easy to Everyone!!

Bailey was great! Super knowledgable, very informative, and most importantly he was extremely helpful! Cant say enough great things about Shipping easy, the most impressive being the customer service. We have used other services in the past to fulfill shipping services for our company, but shipping easy stands by its name and makes the process EASY!

Great, great, great app and support. I have called ShippingEasy with 5000 questions and incredibly frustrated and their support is phenomenal. The app is actually super simple, has GREAT categorization for orders, uses a super simple and easy process for label printing and packing lists. All around spectacular product. Highly recommend to all.

I had the chance to speak with Bailey today and he has nothing but great knowledge on how to use ShippingEasy to be efficient and effective. There was so much to learn from him but I did not want to consume his entire day. If I need to make another call, I hope I get Bailey on the phone. Thanks for the great work and information.

We LOVE this software. Realistically, it has saved us at least 50% total labor hours in processing our orders on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Ebay and other e-commerce platforms. In addition, there is one gentleman who works for ShippingEasy that is about the most exceptional customer advocate we could possibly imagine. If we have had any issues, they get resolved almost immediately. We highly recommend this Shipping Software. (Note: we switched from ShipRush, which we had used for well over 5 years. ShippingEasy is a game changer over our previous shipping software.)

Shipping easy has been a great help to us. When I first signed up with them, I was worried they are just another company which wants to do the absolute minimal except in advertisement. But I was wrong. They helped me to set up everything and fully automate my shipping processes. Now, I have been with them for a couple of years. Every time, I had an issue they were here to help me. Today, I had to call them and spoke with Clyde. He provided an excellent support experience which resolved all my technical issue and get everything going. He also did it professionally. As the customer, I would recommend this company to everybody.

Clyde did an incredible job helping me with my packing slip! Everyone there has always been friendly and ready to help in whatever capacity they can! The program itself has improved over time as well, but still needs some work.

Matthew was very helpful and quick with what I needed to do switching information on email templates. I couldn't figure it out on my own and within minutes being on chat with Matthew, it was all fixed. Thank you for the great customer service.
