We started using ShippingEasy a little over a year ago. I've always loved how easy it integrates with Shopify to import orders and fulfill them. Over the last year, they have also made a ton of improvements that have helped make international shipping and customs labels very easy too. Their best feature though is their customer service. ShippingEasy support is always quick to respond if I have a problem or a question and they have always been extremely helpful.

I have used this for over a year now - saves so much time on producing labels couple of clicks and I am done!! The staff are great if I have had problems - very quick to answer my emails and follow up to make sure everything is working as it should be...

We LOVE Shipping Easy! Moving from stamps.com to Shipping Easy is one of the best decisions we've made in 2014. Their user interface is super easy to learn and their support is responsive and informative. Great product!

ShippingEasy is just fantastic. The product is far superior to any I've used, and that includes ShipStation, Dazzle, Stamps.com, and a couple others that I've blocked from memory. Incredibly easy to ship packages. Custom rules makes it so that once orders are received, they can automatically be processed based on settings you've made. So if one of your items is always shipping Priority, you can make it so a label is auto-printed that exact moment with a Priority label and correct weight/address info. The customer support is superb, and the main reason I switched from ShipStation. ShipStation support took forever - it would usually take about 10 minutes before I could get a hold of anyone. There's always someone ready to talk to me on ShippingEasy, and they go above and beyond. I was having printer problems through no fault of theirs, and they spent a good chunk of time setting me straight. ShippingEasy is the most used app in my store. Make it easy on yourself and just pick these guys for your shipping needs.

Just a brilliant app, and it saves us so much time, effort and consternation. It even auto-generates the right international Customs forms, and lets us easily customize them on the fly (USPS Priority Mail International). A "no-brainer."

Excellent app and works great! I highly recommend it if you do a lot of shipping. It really smooths out the process with a few simple clicks.

Integration with our Shopify site was absolutely trivial. The workflow to shipping is automated and clear as can be. Postage rates are excellent. I don't think I could have wished for a better shipping match for my shopify store!

We have been using this app for a while now and love it! It's very convenient, easy to use, and the customer service has been absolutely on point. They are always so helpful in answering any questions we might have and finding easy and quick solutions for problems that arise.

The combo of Shipping Easy + a Dymo 4XL label printer is a life changer for any store owner shipping a physical product. It has cut our fulfillment process from the bane of our business to a manageable, hour per week process. Shipping Easy get's the job done and has all the necessary features, but what sets it apart for me is the customer service. Every time we've had an issue or question we've received an immediate reply or phone call to keep our business moving. Further, every one of these customer service interactions represents the way other companies should be handling their service - friendly but efficient and solution oriented.

We absolutely could not be where we are today without Shipping Easy. They have allowed us to grow from a small company shipping a few hundred orders a year to now shipping thousands. The name says it all, everything is so EASY! No more manually entering address and the savings on shipping has been fantastic! I can't say enough for the customer service, they have been curtious, helpful and extremely responsive. If you're looking for a shipping solution to integrate into your Shopify store look no further, Shipping Easy is the way to go!

We had a subscription and shipping period wherein we got over 10,000 orders from all over the world. Without the hand-holding and amazing help from Shipping Easy, I don't know what I would have done. And every time I check in again, they're done something to improve the experience. Very flexible and terrific customer service, and saved us LOTS of money and time. Highly recommended for high volume shipping!

Shipping Easy is incredible! Everyday I use it, I love it even more!! And just when I think it's perfect, they introduce something new that makes my life even easier!!! We have been using it for about a year now and it has saved us soooooo much money on express shipping and one of our employees quit and we didn't even need to replace them because shipping easy saves us so much time. ShippingEasy is amazing!!! I've used OrderCup before and ShippingEasy is by far a much more superior product. It helps my company to save so much time processing online orders. I'm constantly impressed by their extremely responsive customer support and the level of detailed product knowledge of every representative I've ever dealt with there (via phone and chat). And they are constantly making updates based on customer feedback. This is a great solution and company!!!

We ship from our website, Amazon, and Etsy. You can tell right away that ShippingEasy has their act together—making it easier for us to literally keep our act together (everything coordinated in one place.) We're still bootstrapping so it's great that ShippingEasy offers different levels of service. Great support pages and costumer service! They got back to me the same day when I had a question. Seems like this app is a keeper—it already works great, and apparently they're always improving it.

Saved my life. I really love this company. I tried a few shipping apps and was very frustrated with the service. I then installed ShippingEasy and I've been saving lot's of money on shipping... .enough to pay for their service easily. I only use flatrate usps shipping to make my life easier and I'm able to ship everything, print fulfillment pages and labels, and shipping easy then updates my customers with tracking #'s and even marks my items as fulfilled in shopify. I really don't know what I'd do without them now. On a side note they have continually added improvements to their service every month since I started. Each improvement has been clearly designed based on listening to the customers and moving with the market. Just today I got an email update letting me know that I'll have even more control over the design of my packing slips. Anyways, if you are looking for a shipping app, this is the place to go. Thanks ShippingEasy! I've had to use customer service for questions a couple times and someone was always able to help. Thanks.

Best shipping app there is! Went from entering hundreds of addresses manually to using this app and it has made business run so much smoother. I had an issue with creating a label for an international customer and an account manager responded to my email immediately and took care of the issue before I even stepped into my office the next morning. I am very pleased with the customer service and recommend this app to anyone! Thanks Shipping Easy!

I had been using the cut-paste method with USPS...and then our company was suddenly on The Today Show and the orders came flooding in. I looked at one other shipping app and it was a pain to set up. Shipping Easy was quick and easy to set up and we were able to get those boxes out the door! If your shipping volume is picking up, I totally recommend this app. I can't imagine business now without it. The support is excellent and the app works well. Don't hesitate to purchase.
