I use this app to to create shipping labels for packages being shipped out. I really enjoy using this app because Matt and Tom are super helpful! I click on the chat box quite often for any questions or concerns and they are always there to help with anything I don't understand or need further assistance on. I definitely recommend this app for anyone who has a lot of outgoing packages so that you can create one barcode for the mailman to scan that scans in all packages at once.

Shipping easy has been a pleasure so far. It allows us to ship with easy. We can compare prices from different carriers in a simple single window. It also gives us the chance to do marketing as well. We can email customers coupons if they sign up for email alerts. We can send reminders to shop again if customers haven't visited us in a while. We can send automated emails for customers after making a purchase with a coupon included to come back and shop again. The best part of it all is their customer service. They have a U.S based phone number with English speaking customer service reps that will answer all of your questions. If you don't like to talk on the phone they also offer chat assistance and the good ol' email if you're feeling brave. Thank you Shippingeasy Team.

ShippingEasy was quick to set up and easy to integrate with Shopify. It also connects with Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, and we have another connector that allows it to sync shipping information with QuickBooks, too. There were some issues getting the Shopify sync to work consistently, but they appear to have been fixed now. Support is always quick to respond and generally have the answers we need about why an order didn't sync, what we can do to solve a problem, etc. There are some reports that are helpful in addition to what Shopify offers, though I wish I could get more detail and more customization of the reports. You can schedule reports to run automatically, which is an improvement over Shopify, as well. We are using ShippingEasy to track inventory, make adjustments, and update Shopify inventory levels, which is fairly simple to do. It will allow you to create bundled items, indicating how many of which items go into each bundle. Then inventory of each item is updated when orders come over and are fulfilled.

Really love the Shipping Easy app for managing our Shopify order shipments. It is easy to use when shipping multiple orders at once and I have tried a few different shipping options with this in mind. Shipping Easy is the only one that has all the features for bulk shipping that we need. I do wish they had a few more options with customizing the packing slips. We don't use them currently, but I am hopeful they will expand on that. I also would love to use their email marketing, but they have a few missing features there that we need and already use with Mailchimp. Hoping as the company grows, so will these additional features/add-ons and we will be able to use more of what they have to offer.

This app has been the perfect app since day one. Everyone has been super friendly and their tech support is the best! I love having the option to have support through chat rather than having to get on a cool. However their phone calls are awesome too. Thanks recently to Tom for helping me out with an order that was driving me insane. You rock!

ShippingEasy has definitely lived up to its name. Everything about it, from set up to using it everyday, has been easy. The thing I truly enjoy most about ShippingEasy is that I don't have to even think about it. It works like promised, so, as a family-run business, shipping is one less thing to worry about.

i started with the SE shipping part years and years old. it was great then and even better now. so when the inventory management came along i had the confidence it too would be a winner; and yes it is! now it is the marketing part which i just started. i worked closely with evan and i was able to easily switch over to SE from another e-blast app. he got me completely up and running in a very brief amount of time, not to mention, the SE editor is much easier to user than other similar editors. SE now has the whole package and thankfully, so do I. thank you SE for your products and support you have provided.

We use this app with ALL our shipping. It works very well and very intuitive. The best part is inventory control. Our products inventory are synced over the 5 channels that we sell on.

As to customer support, ShippingEasy has been great! Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that offered fantastic help to me over the phone, but Mr. Tom, who helped over the Live Chat, helped me in some really complicated manners in terms of personalized automation for our new account. This app is easy to install, and the customer service is A+. Does everything I needed for shipping and more, including maintaining inventory, which is really helpful!

I just did an online chat with Jose to help me change my "Ship From" address. I had changed it under Settings, but it wasn't showing up on the labels. He told me where to go to make the change (within Shopify that transfers to Shipping Easy) and it fixed my problem immediately. Helpful and resolved!

This is a great APP and made my life so much easier. It save us time, help our business run more efficient and organized. Also their service is amazing. Anytime i have an issue or question they are always available to help. I am in the learning process but so far it is user friendly and I've been able to get set fast as simple. I highly recommend.
