PLEASE THINK CAREFULLY IF YOU DON'T WANNA LOSE YOUR MONEY!!! Subscription is very misleading. We recently found out their pricing is expensive, we switched to different app in April. Then we removed Shippit. Upon uninstalling the app, we thought subscription should be cancelled too. But NO, they still charge us next billing cycle. What more annoying is, we reach to their support team to cancel the subscription, been waiting for 2 business days and no response yet. We then open another ticket hopefully for them to get attention, but they haven't answered back either. App like this shouldn't be allowed on Shopify.

App is misleading. No free plan available. 30 day free trial. Should state "Free Trial Available" like every other app is required to do. Waiting until after installation, creation of account and collection of personal and store info to give notice that it is simply a 30 day trial is dishonest business.

Their carrier disappeared after 5 days of waiting and they charged me a $0.55 for a service fee. Nobody responded as well when I approached their support. Use them at your own risk!

- doesn't show up for pickups - support does not reply nor do the account managers - promised $300 compensation per missing item but won’t compensate - promised to refund $500 membership 4 weeks ago and still have not received the refund - employee asked me to fight him in person

Used to be good - has many issues now - Orders dont sync, products dont sync, When you recreate or import orders that doesnt work, now labels have stop generating when you select multiple orders, try generating labels one by one then all labels dont get generated and some throw error! Help and support slow and not not intutive.

We have been using shippit for a year or so now. The integration for orders and local delivery is working well thus far. Updated this review, would be better if the CS was more responsive.

They will charge you massive insurance fees to ship products but once the products are lost, they will make it impossible for you to claim the money. It is much easier and more affordable to use the Australia Post Express Post platform

Shippit was a really positive breakthrough for our business. Gives excellent rates with major couriers, which allowed us to get a jump on our operational efficiency. The actual app and software is smooth and quite reliable, with little downtime or bugs. David Vogt - excellent customer service, even when it's not necessarily his job. There are some improvements still to be made to increase compatibility between shopify and shippit in the finer details, for example when it comes to syncing product dimensions. To be fair though, this actually stems from a glaring shopify limitation that shippit now has to create a workaround for. Nonetheless, it would be a very useful improvement, and they are supposedly working on it, though haven't made any progress in almost a year. Overall, Shippit has definitely been a positive experience. It is a quick and modern app, and has led to significant cost savings in our business.

The team at shippit in particular Aaron are amazing at what they do. Our online business has grown seamlessly with the help of Shippit. Being able to track, notify and bulk import orders has allowed us to keep up with increased demand. I couldn't recommend Shippit highly enough

We have now been on Shippit with booking over 4000 parcels a month for over two years. We've tried others, nothing compares for e-commerce. Shippit best platform, easiest to use and best pricing. I now tell anyone who approaches us for freight or website etc. - it it doesn't link with Shippit, I don't want it.

The Shippit platform is great and easy to use. I really like how they provide some courier options such as: TNT, Fastway and Couriers Please. Unfortunately they have over promised and under delivered. Their integration doesn't allow us to ship DG items. Also the Australia Post My Business Integration keeps getting pushed further and further back.

we have been using Shippit for years. Their software is good however customer service for businesses is shit. We are about to change our shipping provider.

Simple integration with Shopify. Gives a good level of control over freight and delivery. Works well and easy to implement.

I previously gave them a 5 stars from 4 years ago. Last two years customer service has been really really really poor. Seems they try to delay rather then resolve. No longer recommend
