They are big scammers. I sent a secure shipment of Around Rs 5700 with bluedart. The shipment was marked rto but the rto was never delivered to me. shiprocket said we will mark it lost if you do not receive it. I opened so many mutiple tickets and gave them recording of bluedart in which they were clearly saying that shipment has been damaged and we are marking it as destroyed. After 80 days of fighting shiprocket is saying we will not pay you anything as it has been marked as destroyed. They will eat your hard earings like this. This money which they have scammed will never work for them. Lastly I will say this company will be closed by 2028 this is my wish . God always see everything. Bluedart tracking: 78047520423

Very poor delivery service. 3 delivery attempts were marked failed, but no call was received by the customer even once. Still the reason shows “Customer refused”, which is completely incorrect. Such false updates are unacceptable and harm seller and customer trust.

FASTRR did the biggest fraud with my Shopify account. One of its representatives took advantage of the operator sharing code, added paid apps in my account without my permission, and now my store bill shows the charges for those apps. Despite numerous attempts to raise this issue with the support team, there was no solution and the support team closed the ticket stating that it was my fault for not checking the installed apps and not anybody else. Would never recommend anybody to use FASTRR by Shiprocket.

The team has been responsive and genuinely tries to help whenever issues come up. While I faced some challenges with the checkout setup and needed clearer guidance on event tracking, the support team remained approachable and willing to assist. With a bit more alignment and technical clarity, their service has strong potential to become even better. I appreciate the effort the team puts in and hope to see continued improvements in support quality.
