Shiprocket team's pretty supportive & actually help me resolve pending AWBs, their engage defiently helps in reducing RTO, confirming order with customer before shipping. My experience with them has been pretty good, I recommend do give it a try, connect with their team to get issues resolved. I highly recommend them & their engage 360 also

Using Shiprocket has been a game-changer for our fulfillment process. It’s incredibly intuitive, and the integration with multiple couriers saves us time and effort. While there’s room for improvement in certain areas, it already stands out as an essential logistics solution.
