We have been using Shiprocket for a long time, and it has made deliveries much easier for us. There were a few communication issues earlier, but they were resolved once the team looked into it. Overall, Shiprocket is a dependable partner for deliveries.

Shiprocket is a great shipping solution for Shopify stores. The integration is smooth and easy to set up, even for beginners. It offers multiple courier options with competitive rates, which helps in optimizing delivery costs. Order processing, tracking, and COD management are well organized on the dashboard. Customer support is responsive and helpful whenever issues arise. Overall, Shiprocket has made shipping operations much more efficient for my store. Highly recommended for growing eCommerce businesses.

we find this app extremely easy to use, with smooth Shopify integration. The order sync is slow sometimes but the tracking system is reliable, deliveries are timely, and the support team is responsive, with dedicated account managers providing assistance. They offer multiple courier options, competitive pricing, and efficient order management for both COD and prepaid orders make it a complete and dependable shipping solution.
