We’ve been using Shiprocket for 2 years now, and it has made our shipping process much smoother. Shiprocket is easy to use and offers good courier options, The platform itself is quite user-friendly, and I appreciate the wide range of courier partners and delivery options available. The shipping process, including generating labels and tracking shipments, is generally smooth, but I’ve faced issues with inventory management, especially with synchronization for returns, replacements, and RTO. Also, it would be helpful if warning emails (like those for missed pickups or delivery delays) included individual order numbers and AWB numbers, instead of just an Excel sheet, to make tracking easier
