Best app for D2C ecommerce. We've been using it for 1 year now and the best shipping aggregator we've worked so far. Kuddos to our manager Shuchi for helping us resolve queries on time. The best part is their automated systems and innovations are helpful to make logistics side of the business easier.

As of now, we have tried multiple courier aggregator platforms, but Shiprocket has proven to be the best fit for our business. The support from their team, especially our managers Suhaib, Shourya, and Aman, has been exceptional. They are always ready to assist us, no matter the time, ensuring a smooth experience. Have mostly had good experience on Shiprocket. Have been using it for more than 4 years now. Once in a while we do face fake weight discrepancy issues which I hope Shiprocket takes necessary actions.

Great service by team, hassle free shipping and now they introduce one day shipping as well, most of the customer is satisfied with the fast delivery experience. Personalise account manager helps alot in everything so i don't have to call support everytime.

I have been using Shiprocket for some time now, and while the platform offers great features and ease of use, there is certainly room for improvement, especially regarding the delivery timelines. As expected with courier services, there are occasional delays, and some deliveries get affected due to factors outside of Shiprocket's control. However, these delays can be frustrating, and it would be great to see improvements in this area as time progresses. That being said, the customer service experience has been exceptional. Ms. Manika Duggal, our Key Account Manager, has been incredibly supportive throughout. She responds to queries promptly and goes above and beyond to ensure that all concerns are addressed. Her effort to provide seamless support is definitely a bright spot in the overall service experience. I’m hopeful that with time, Shiprocket will continue to enhance its delivery processes, ensuring quicker and more reliable service. The combination of an easy-to-use platform and responsive customer support from professionals like Manika & her team, makes it a service worth considering despite occasional delivery hiccups.
