Subject: Urgent Support Required – Service Disruptions We are facing a series of issues with Shiprocket services: Overcharging & Billing Discrepancies: We’ve been charged multiple times without proper justification. Charges are being applied through both Shiprocket , and amounts are being deducted from our Shiprocket wallet without clarity. Despite not using Shiprocket Promise, we’re still being charged for it. Lack of Support Response: We've reached out to the support team several times but have received no response. It has been 3 days, and there’s still no update from your side. WhatsApp Integration Issues: Although our WhatsApp API is connected, it hangs after submission and fails to work. As a result, customers are unable to reach us, affecting our service experience. Engage Login Failure: We are unable to log in to Shiprocket Engage. The platform is not accessible, causing further operational difficulties. In our last call, we were informed that the tech team is too busy to address urgent issues, which is extremely disappointing. We request immediate attention to these matters. Our business operations are being severely impacted.

Worst experience I have faced and not once but multiple times. I feel they are not concerned about getting bad reputation as they are over booked. The delivery parter lied that the parcel was not ready, when I had kept all ready. They believe in them more than us and they don’t even bother to pick up parcel for 6 days. Worst worst worst service.

the only thing ruining the experience is that they cant do anything bout their delivery partners scamming them or ruining their image but the fact that they will endure it and let their reputation be ran over

We have used shiprocket over 2 months and there is no worst delivery aggregator that shiprocket genuinely Useless Weight Discrepancies. They literally have set up their people in company's systems for raising fake discrepancies. I was in contact with Mr. Anmol as a Key account manager from shiprocket and he commits something, and never does it. Does not pick the calls, do not reply on whatsapp. Can't even fulfill his commitment. Customer care team is as useless as it can me. Highly suggested to NEVER use shiprocket.

Worst Customer service ever. Not supportive to sellers and close the tickets as per their convenience without resolution. Weight charges are the biggest problem with them and delay in COD remittance

LISTEN TO THIS DTC BRANDS!! I wish i could give less than 1 star, shiprocket is a trash, having pathetic customer support, their delivery partners are big cheaters, and when we inform this to shiprocket (we can only raise a ticket with them, nobody picks call on the no. that they have mentioned), they simply says 'Sorry mam, we have investigated, but we can't help you in this case'. I would suggest, to go directly tie up with Bluedart/Delhivery, although they are bit expensive but guys, they will completely make you tension free from delivery side and you cna actually focus on your business rather than raising support case.

Worst support shiprocket has. I created an account on shiprocket and started placing orders, but COD money was not coming to us. We checked and found Invalid bank. It was not clear that what is invalid. Talked to customer care and they said your bank refused to accept money, but bank was saying there was no request came to them. We asked for rejection proof from shiprocket but they denied giving. Then one of the customer care guy asked me to change bank details. I tried that also, but it was saying bank details are not matching with KYC details. There is no option coming to change KYC details. My money is stuck since last 15 days and nobody is helping us.

i would not give even 1 star if i could. Worst platform. I am receiving weight discrepancies for all the shipments since November. I have been shipping the same products in the same package since September and now suddenly there is a weight issue. They have mentioned wrong dimensions and weight and charged me for this. They have even disregarded all the raised disputes. Only a few of them were accepted, for which i have not received any refund yet. I am switching the platform now. The customer care is also not helpful at all.

Shiprocket is not for eCommerce Startups, as in the name of automation they will fleece you of, by charging overweight charges. Knowing the product only weigh 600gms, in the name of automation by courier partners they will overcharge you make money in hand with courier partners. No one will support you in fighting it out for you/startup. Go direct with courier companies. It is now 5 months now in June 2025, still no resolution provided. COD amount is also not remitted. We moved to another Delivery partner for last 4 months.

Worst kind of support and service, their team does not have any control over the shipping services they provide, you will have to either deal with the respective courier directly or your shipment will be returned, there team only claims the outcome of your talks and communications as a reason to close the support tickets, i have had multiple orders lately returned that too the paid ones which were confirmed with proof of chats with the buyer after each NDR, funny thing is one of my shipment was in 2 parts for the same item, who were complimentary to each other and the part which i shipped directly was delivered in 3 days without any issue but the shipment with the service of Shiprocket is marked as NDR mentioning as the customer refused 3rd time today even when i submitted the confirmation for the same during past 2 NDR.

0 star, 0 star, 0 star, 0 star Extremely Disappointed with COD Charges Initially the COD charges were ranging between ₹70 to ₹90. However, over time, these charges have been inexplicably increased to ₹150, and now they’ve skyrocketed to ₹250! This pricing is absurd, especially for businesses like ours where the product price is ₹199. How are we supposed to sustain operations with such inflated charges? It makes no sense to pay more for COD than the product itself. This is not just inconvenient—it’s outright exploitative. Shiprocket’s practices feel unfair and lack transparency. Absolutely not worth even 0.1 stars. Disappointed beyond words.

They should rename themselves as SHITROCKET, because thats the quality of service they provide absoultely shit. Every bad review of Shitrocket is true and every 5 star review here is fake. Fake attempts at delivering parcels, fake pickup attempts, unintelligent and stupid customer service, no solution provided except for saying sorry. If you have a complaint and problem about shiprocket I strongly suggest you tweet about it on X beacuse thats what I am doing. Let the incompetence of Shiprocket be known in the genral social media not just here. The X handles for shiprocket are @shiprocketcare, @shiprocketindia, and their CEO @Vysheshk....and please make sure you post a tweet every day till Shiprocket doesnt improve and does its job honestly for its customers like us

Worst shipping partner for new ecom buisness. We have been using shiprocket for 2 months now. Extremely poor service and support. We have so many orders where customers say no one came for delivery but the courier marks as customer refused. Shiprocket doesn't help. Have 10+ orders in last one week that have been marked returned to seller, but I haven't got even one of them back. Shiprocket does nothing. This app will seem like a goldmine at first but will eat up your money and you'll be left asking for some relief.

After a year of use, I can say that Shiprocket is not appropriate for small businesses like mine. Every time I place an order for pickup, the courier partners always display weight inconsistencies/descrepencies and charge more than the actual delivery fee. It is very frustrating to call every time to their executive and ask for help. Even though I upload all the images of the shipment with length, width, and height measurements, they still show weight discrepancies either with dead weight or volumetric weight. Its very annoying and frustrating. I am completely dissatisfied with the service they are providing.

Horrible Service, no form of accountability and/or responsibility of their actions. They mention fake delivery attempts, courier guy doesnt even go to their address and writes fake reasons of non-delivery such as COD not ready, customer not available. Horrible, unethical company. Customer support are all robots saying the same 2 things : sorry for the inconvenience caused and we have escalated your issue. Nobody is there to solve the actual problem. Please don't use their services. Shutting my account after my second shipment only.
