We’ve had an excellent experience working with Shaurya Singh. He has been incredibly helpful with our onboarding process, and the shipping rates he provided are more competitive than those of other delivery apps. He continues to assist us daily with resolving customer issues, offering exceptional support. He’s truly the best support manager we could have asked for. I highly recommend Shiprocket to other e-commerce brands, especially if you have high order volumes and are looking for more automation.

The app integrates well with Shopify, order sync is reliable, and shipping operations are faster with centralized tracking and billing. Account support has been responsive, and escalation via panel and email works well. Recommended for D2C brands that ship across India.
