after trying out multiple shipping platforms, i can honestly say shiprocket is prolly the best one. the biggest difference is their ai-driven data, which helps choose the right courier so shipments reach customers on time. another standout compared to other platforms is their customer support. it may take a little time to resolve an issue, but it does get resolved in the end. all thanks to my POC Salminda.

Have been using shiprocket since a while. So far it’s been good. Key account managers have been really helpful throughout with pickup and delivery related issues, that majorly happens from the courier service’s side. Been using both International and Domestic services.
