Using Shiprocket has been a game-changer for our fulfillment. Pickup scheduling, NDR handling, and tracking updates are all well-managed. Shiprocket has genuinely simplified our entire shipping operation. The dashboard is smooth, rates are competitive, and COD management is excellent for Indian e-commerce. We moved to Shopify about a year ago and have been using the Shiprocket app since then. Earlier, we were on WooCommerce using Shiprocket (for about 4 years), but the Shopify app experience is much better. Order changes sync seamlessly, which was a major issue for us on WooCommerce. Order status updates are also smooth and reliable on Shopify. The overall app performance has been stable and easy to manage. Apart from shipping, other Shiprocket apps like Engage, Promise, and EDD are great at solving real operational pain points. Their tech stack is clearly built with scale and automation in mind. These tools have helped us improve customer communication and delivery visibility. Special thanks to our account manager, Ram Prasad, for quickly resolving issues whenever needed. With his timely support the platform experience become even better. Overall, a solid and dependable solution for Shopify sellers. Highly recommended!!
