I have been using Shiprocket for the past 7–8 years, and my experience has been very good. The platform is reliable, smooth, and works perfectly with my Shopify store. I have faced no major issues during all these years I would especially like to appreciate my manager Sakshi Ma’am. She has been extremely supportive and helpful in resolving all my cases and guiding me whenever I faced any challenges. Her prompt responses and clear solutions make the work very easy and stress-free. Overall, Shiprocket is an excellent logistics partner, and with support managers like Sakshi Ma’am, the experience becomes even better. I truly love using Shiprocket and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable shipping solution.
