Now: I stopped using Shiprocket and used other logistics partners. I thought of using Shiprocket again. For the initial few days had a good experience. The moment you face an issue and call up their customer care, I am pretty sure that their Customer Care is the worst I have ever seen. They had never changed. They don't solve any of your issues. They don't even give assurance that it will be solved. Very Poor. ********************************* Earlier: Very Poor Support from Customer Service. I have opted for a Paid Plan but receiving very poor support from them. Also, they have given list of Pin Codes as serviceable, but when I try to service, It says no Courier service available between these 2 pin codes. Because of this mis information, I am loosing my customers. 26000+ pin codes must be a lie. I have already got 3 out of 50 pin codes unserviceable even though those 3 are part of their serviceable pin code list from my pick up pin code. I am already looking for other shipping partners.

Use this service only if you love losing your money, customers and peace of mind. They are so bad that we decided to leave their service although we have paid them till March 2020 and it's November 2019 only, now you can guess how good they are. No service, they are frauds, charging money that doesn't even apply, they will call you and convince you that the reviews are fake and whatsoever and promise you to provide great service BUT as soon as you sign up, they are gone and never care to help you. The worst service you can ever experience. P.S: We gave them another try and the services were even worse this time. All they can do is loot your money and make you regret your decision of trying them. Don't even think about Shiprocket, there are other companies like Pickrr, Shyplite etc. that you can try.

No positive response/support from the company even after 48 hours . I have lost my package worth Rs.5000/- & customer as well If you want to Loose your Customer + by paying your money to Shiprocket + Loose your Packet + boil your Blood + By default 1 Day Advance Estimated Delivery date + Spoil Festival season sale , Try ShipRocket one & only Destination .

They are cheats. They try to scam you by increasing the weight of the parcel.. We shipped a One Piece Swimwear which weighs around 90 grams and the cost to ship it is around Rs. 54 They have created a weight discrepancy and falsely indicated that the product weighs 9 KGS? How can a single one piece swimwear for women weighs 9 kgs?? The Product - https://wear.style/products/open-back-one-piece-scoop-neck-tank-swimsuit They have charged my account Rs. 972 for this and refusing to reason with us, indicating that the time to respond to their discrepancy is over and i am supposed to simply bear the loss and accept the Rs.972 charge for a 90 Gram parcel. Avoid them ... They are simply cheating...

I have rated the Service of Ship Rocket with 1 star around 5 days back because of three reasons. It is very much important if you are first time going to use this APP 1) Unrealistic charging ( After Shipping) We have one high volume SKU, The packing size is 13-7-12 as per the ship rocket panel the weight is 2.10 g, at the best rate they quote is 66 Rs. this is a fair deal. we have sent total 350+ prepaid shipment for the month of May. after the successful despatch of the courier, we start receiving email from Ship rocket stating that the item we have shipped with dimensions of 12-7-13 is weighted at 1.510 so they will charge you 188+ Rs for the same shipment. and provided a window for appeal but no use even after an appeal the result is the same. 2) Delivery followup. There is no customer service system, last week i had posted a negative review pointing all this scenario, very next day I have received an email from an executive Mr.Rajesh, My account is freely upgraded to Gold pack and offer one dedicated manager number, and dedicated accounts manager email. Since last Wednesday we try to reach the accounts manager. the number was the generic customer care IVR number, till today no one answered the phone. Last week we have gone through a very bad trouble, The product shipped from Kochi to Kolkata on 23rd May via delhivery , the item reached Kolkata on 30th May, but till today 9th of June. not delivered the product. along with this complaint, we have notified one more customer complaint yesterday 8th June Saturday but no response so far. This is not just one or two incident, we have gone through more than 13 complaints last month and till today. but no solution and some of the customer we have refunded the product value and compensated with the product as free. This is not possible in all case because of the product value difference. Effecting our business. on time delivery bring more sales and repeated orders, last may we have processed a total of 473 prepaid orders. before that month our sales were at 270 order at that point we are using direct delhivery service we are paying Rs 98 per 500 g , when we saw the attractive price of delivery on ship rocket we have switched, the result is 50% sales lose in the month of June from 150 order of first 10 days to 72 orders. the customer leaves a negative review to both facebook and google. all effort been simply destroyed by this app. the review is not posting based on my one week or 10 days of experience. I have used a total of 45 days. Dear seller, don't just fool because of the 20-30 Rs benefit or 5000 Rs extra saving. most of the Shopify stores are just getting ready with sales or fighting for a good amount of customer inflow and spending thousands of Rs every day in different marketing app, end of the day if we can't assure the customer satisfaction we are not going to make any money even after 1-2 years we have to depend on paid traffic from google and facebook to run business. The idea of Shiprocket is good, not criticizing, it's a good platform to get a very attractive rate, same time as business or startup you have to care customer who gives ready-made business to you guys. same like you when you are getting the negative review you feel bad, the same way we have received the most negative review because of poor delivery and support from your team member.

i am modifying this review as shiprocket team told me to give full support in beginning , but the real thing is they charge wrong weights , will never solve your problem . they even do not deserve 1 star . their customer helpline is worst and very worst . my cases are not solved since 3 months . please dont even try . or if you want to , please start with free plan , do not waste your money . the previous review was - "Shiprocket is providing dedicated support to all Shopify users . My account has been move into gold tier and i am happy with the services . Must try the app . made my work so easy . "

WORST LOGISTIC SERVICE! If you want to maintain good brand value, never install their app. Their dashboard doesn't sync with Shopify correctly. Paid orders are marked as COD and then you have to put in a request to them to change it which takes somewhere around 5 days to resolve.

Its Been pathetic since I started working with Shiprocket. They never responds to any email nor they address any query. Once they onboard they just dont care... Be careful - They can suspend account anytime and then your business can be on toss for which they dont care. Highly unprofessional with work...

The worst possible customer service! 1. My panel sometimes doesn't logs in and most times logs out automatically. There reply for this, you might have an internet connection problem! This is all while I am chatting to them 2. Delivery attempt not made my courier company, I reported fake reporting. It was replied with the same fake response again. I had checked personally with the customer. Their customer care is the most ill equipped and to top that they clearly don't want to understand the problem.

UPDATE: 2 years since we have been using shiprocket and the situation remains the same. Please avoid using such aggregators and its better to tie up with a direct courier partner, if you wish to have ANY access to real people and not bots. The KAM refuses to acknowledge any emails/ the average TAT for even acknowledging tickets is 4-5 days in a world where fast delivery is key! Lost packages never paid for. Pathetic experience. We've faced quite a few issues with Shiprocket in a short span of 3 months. 1. The portal has process breakages due to which the shipment pick up requests dont reach the courier companies in time, causing delay in pickups and eventually cancellations. 2. NO POINT chatting on the engine they NEVER respond ! 3. Email escalations only result in standard responses - looking into the matter and we've raised a ticket! 4. You will only receive a response once you've spent days chasing the actual courier partner and getting it resolved on your own!
