We've been working with Shipturtle for almost a year. I'll start by saying the team are a bunch of really good people. You can feel that they have real intent to support your business. Secondly, the tech is stable and implementable. I've had minimal issues and it's flexible and broad enough to support almost any type of multi-vendor model. I think it's the only real solution to scale up your business. Keep going guys, I believe we're building a strong partnership together, thank you!

While preparing to launch our cross-border multi-vendor marketplace, myshopineu.com , we evaluated several Shopify apps and decided to try Shipturtle based on their strong reviews. Our use case was slightly complex, and what we genuinely appreciated was how clearly the product is structured for marketplace workflows. The interface is straightforward, and the teamâs support during onboarding helped us understand the possibilities and limitations very clearly. Their responsiveness and willingness to guide us through real marketplace scenarios made the evaluation process smooth and practical. If youâre building a serious multi-vendor or marketplace setup on Shopify, Shipturtle is definitely worth exploring.

I am brand new to that marketplace app but Manan took a lot of his time to connect with me and walk me through the whole app and answer all my questions. Sure, there are some bugs but nothing that would worry me from a business point of view and Manan will forward those to the IT guys. Overall so far an incredibly good experience. The only âdownsideâ is the multitude of add ons which can significantly increase the monthly price for the app. But, I do understand that they are running a business and that those add ons do cost a bit. Maybe a few of those should/could actually come with the app in the future A big plus for me is that they offer a contact option via WhatsApp which is so much faster than writing an email, waiting for a reply to then write one again and so on! Overall still a 5 star experience though! Shout out to Manan who is such a humble guy, thanks for your time and patience with me!

As someone who doesn't understand a line of code and cannot develop their backend system under a budget, shipturtle is nothing short of a blessing. The whole workflow and function of the site is phenomenal. The support team has been really helpful, answering and guiding me through the site and every question I had regarding it. Hands-down the best backend management system for a marketplace.
