Multi Vendor Marketplace Pro+

Excelente herramienta para gestionar múltiples vendedores en Shopify. Llevamos varias semanas probándola y nos ha facilitado muchísimo el manejo de catálogos (productos y precios), la autogestión por parte de los vendors y la visibilidad operativa en un solo panel. La curva de aprendizaje fue corta y el soporte ha sido oportuno. Como mejora, el UI aún podría ser más amigable e intuitivo, aunque vemos avances constantes en cada actualización. En conjunto, la recomendamos para marketplaces que necesitan escalar la gestión de vendedores y productos dentro de Shopify.

We've been working with Shipturtle for almost a year. I'll start by saying the team are a bunch of really good people. You can feel that they have real intent to support your business. Secondly, the tech is stable and implementable. I've had minimal issues and it's flexible and broad enough to support almost any type of multi-vendor model. I think it's the only real solution to scale up your business. Keep going guys, I believe we're building a strong partnership together, thank you!

I am brand new to that marketplace app but Manan took a lot of his time to connect with me and walk me through the whole app and answer all my questions. Sure, there are some bugs but nothing that would worry me from a business point of view and Manan will forward those to the IT guys. Overall so far an incredibly good experience. The only ‘downside’ is the multitude of add ons which can significantly increase the monthly price for the app. But, I do understand that they are running a business and that those add ons do cost a bit. Maybe a few of those should/could actually come with the app in the future A big plus for me is that they offer a contact option via WhatsApp which is so much faster than writing an email, waiting for a reply to then write one again and so on! Overall still a 5 star experience though! Shout out to Manan who is such a humble guy, thanks for your time and patience with me!

As someone who doesn't understand a line of code and cannot develop their backend system under a budget, shipturtle is nothing short of a blessing. The whole workflow and function of the site is phenomenal. The support team has been really helpful, answering and guiding me through the site and every question I had regarding it. Have been using ShipTurtle for a month so far working with MANAN as my lead team project manager. So far communication has been excellent with him, he is always eager to help and gets back to me with updates quickly and goes above and beyond, very impressed. The service provided has been very reassuring coming from another marketplace provider, Webkul which I had an awful experience with. The user experience of ShipTurtle has been great and the platform is very user friendly and will be easy for sellers to use. Shipturtle has been a total game-changer for us. We went from running a simple Shopify store to building out a full marketplace, and this app made it possible. The vendor sync with Etsy and Shopify is amazing because it makes it so much easier for vendors to join without having to juggle multiple platforms.
