Fantastic option for those who "self insure" via the Shopify insurance. We have used a few different apps and this one by far is the easiest. Doesn't slow down checkout, or the store at all. Customer service was super quick answering a question I had as well. 10/10 recommend this app!

It works great, plus the customer service chat is a plus, you can set it up however you want and you can add your policy! 5 stars!
