Just downloaded the app. Support was quick to removing branding etc. Pricing seems very keen.

Just started the app but the support is a W for being available 24/7 - i mean the app will pay for itself! Only downside is that you cant add it to the checkout page unless you have a shopify plus plan.

Definitely a good app to have to increase AOV. 24/7 customer support is a big W as well. Only downside is you can only have the Insured Shipping on the cart page. You need to have a Shopify Plus plan to be able to add it to the checkout page - meaning many customers will not see it as they go straight to checkout.

So far, easy set up. Although I would like to be able to edit "Refund Policy" as we don't offer a refund. After free trial will know more if we want to keep.

This app is great for adding shipping insurance to orders. Our only issue is that the insurance shows up as a listing. It shows in review request emails and some customers leave product reviews under the shipping insurance listing. Other than that it's been great!
