Very easy to set-up, began collecting premiums immediately. I was previously using a 3rd' party funded shipping coverage provider and didn't like that they kept all the premiums and only gave me 20% of what was left over, but they didn't actually cover any of the risk - they just subtracted claims from what was collected from premiums, and if claims were more than premiums they held that difference against you for the next week. Captain Shipping Protection allows you to run your own coverage. You set your own rate, collect the premiums and keep anything that isn't paid out in claims. This is exactly what I was looking for, and I'm very satisfied with the service and am happy to pay the monthly fee as it's already paid for itself 7x over in the first week since downloading. Highly recommend this app for all shopify stores.

App works great, customer service is helpful and quick to respond and the shipping protection gives our customers that extra assurance that their iteme will arrive to them in perfect condition while increasing our profit per order. It's a win-win situation. Thank you!
