This app was not compatible with my theme. Their support team, however, were able to integrate the widget onto my theme. They were able to chat 24/7 when I needed help.

I’ve been using the Captain Insurance App for a while, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my store. The app itself is straightforward to set up and navigate, offering great coverage options that give both me and my customers peace of mind. What really stands out is the support team—anytime I had an issue, they were quick to respond and resolve it efficiently. They even helped fix a recent technical glitch caused by a Shopify update, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly again. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to add insurance to their store!

I had a couple issues with integration. I got FAST help and this app is SO SIMPLE. All I wanted as absolute simplicity for a quick AOV booster and a cushion for our 1% error factor. With this app doing it's thing, we should always come out ahead on customer claims and we will also be able to filter out the folks who didn't opt in for a more streamlined and defined yes/no process for replacements.
