Shoelace has been great to get our Facebook re-marketing on autopilot. The support and creation of our campaigns is awesome. I highly recommend anyone with good amount of traffic to use this service to market on Facebook.

waited 2 weeks to get audience went from 0 to 1000 to 200 all of a sudden back to 100 and they started to Bill and said we are waiting

I have enjoyed working with Shoelace both the people and the App. The ROI has been great and the team has provided insight into how best to re-target my customers. I use over 30 apps in my store, and Shoelace is one of the few that is irreplaceable. I can't wait for the next release and all the new features.

So happy with it for our Shopify Plus store! My ad spend ROI in the first month is 30x and that's 40 additional orders made! Now I've just connected it with a single click to my Back in Stock app which is already doing wonders for us. I'm pretty sure the ROI on that will be even higher. Support for Shoelace has been among the best I've ever seen. Happy, helpful folks. Wow. I don't have any gripes. Totally satisfied so far.

I had been creating manual campaigns on Facebook but due to busy routine i couldn't focus on that. But then i came through this app and this made my life so easy. i would recommend this app to everyone also their support is much responsive. 5 stars from me. Thank you :)

I really like this approach to re-targeting, building customers journeys is a very customer centric approach and should lead to a far higher engagement rate than other apps. We have been using for a few weeks and ROI is positive, however, I think there us much more that this APP can do for us moving forward once we integrate some of the more advanced features like retargeting website visitors with product reviews.

Shoelace is the single most effective app that we use. It requires the last amount of time (to use) and has the highest ROI. If you have a Facebook page and retail items for sale, you need this app...period.
