They just make a campaign and that's it! You realize that when you are analyzing your performances. With such bad involvement wth these so-called "experts", you end up losing money. Waste of money and time. Expected more from ''experts''.

Very easy to use and quickly connects to facebook and does all the work. You don't even need to go in to facebook to edit anything. All the work is done within the app. The connection to mailchimp to retarget your email list is an awesome bonus. Highly recommended especially if you're limited on resources. A+++++

Easy to use, plug and play app. Within month this app has already paid for itself a few times over.

Been using this app for last 3 months and like it a lot. The staff behind that run this app are very friendly and helpful. If I were you I would give this app a try for a few months.

Shoelace is BY FAR the BEST shopify app partner we have worked with. We don't know what we would do without Shoelace! They have been an integral partner in our remarketing efforts both on FB and IG. Shoelace was an app that I decided to install just to check out, and has now become one of my preferred apps to have as a must on my store. The app has greatly benefited my business in terms of retargetting conversion ads, and has helped my business grow. The team is very professional and was always there to assist me and optimize my ads. My re-targeting ROI is at an all time high and I couldn't have done it without Shoelace. Thank you guys.

Awesoem app! We used it to run a bunch of retargeting ads and it helped us generate over 50K in sales on 1K ad spend over blackfriday!

Shoelace has been really great so far. It performs really well and is unbelievably easy to manage. I would definitely recommend trying it.

So far going great -- looks like 600% return on our current investment on our first campaign with them, making it well worth it. They've automatically upped the campaigns now that we've hit 500 people, so we'll see how it does, but giving 5 stars for both the performance of the app, and secondly, the customer service as any question I had, they were quite responsive and helpful. Thumbs up!

Don't belive what the app tells you, ours has said it's made £2954 in sales (last 30 days) retuning 768 cutomers for a spend of £450... thats pretty crap as a return goes... but here's the bad news, when you look at google analytics the truth comes out... Shoelace only got us two sales (yes only two). what a ripping off scam it is... don't trust their data at all.

Very nice support, they are answering my questions all the time! I wish to see more engagement from their side ;-) After having a lot of traffic on your website, the ad works perfectly fine and you don't need to spend a lot of many for it. Love it!

They just making campaign and leave it until you realise you lose money. So then making a new campaign with the same result. Waste of money and time. Expected more from ''experts''.
