We've had a 3.9x return on ad spend (not taking into account the Shoelace fees)... See here: https://www.screencast.com/t/s3UBt9PC I've been using the app for months - would be great to see more ads, variations and journeys (it's been the same since I started using the app)....

Used with Kit. Worst thing we ever did to our facebook ads account! It completely took over roles and accounts/pixels etc. and we have been unable to get our ads account back to tracking the shopify data we need on our account. We will have to hire a professional just to get it put back to the way it was originally. Also the ads were generic and didn't provide a good ROI. We spent over 10k in advertising to give it a fair shot. We literally wasted that money and ended up in worse condition than we started.

This app is good when it works. Our initial ad campaigns via shoelace were quite a success and led me to think that the app would really help boost sales for our store, but as with all Facebook ads they stop working after time. After speaking to a customer service member and requesting new ads to get sales started again however was only provided with new ads with poor copy and images which just ended up wasting ad budget. This app isn't really auto pilot, you do need to monitor ads and get onto customer services to impliment new ad sets once the sales dry up.

Sadly during using Shoelace my ad account was suspended via facebook. This was most likely an issue caused by our ad copy which we submitted and I do feel Shoelace should have picked this up, however, they have been incredibly helpful in trying to assist us getting the account unblocked. The customer service is brilliant.

One of the best apps you'll ever install! Retargeting is super important for ecommerce and shoelace makes it easy to get started. Perfect for beginners that aren't quite sure how to set it all up and great for those that do but don't have the time. Support is awesome too :)

Love Shoelace and recommend to anyone with a small business. Remarketing is vital for a successful business, and if you are not doing it right you can be throwing money away. Shoelace has been able to convert so many sales that I might have lost. Its easy to use and the staff have been very helpful!

I recommend Shoelace to everyone! It's by far the best investment we make when it comes to customer acquisition on Facebook. It's almost too easy. Customer support is first rate, too. The team are super friendly and fast. Since we started with Shoelace, within the app we've spent $6738 on Facebook ads generating revenue of $98,749 - you work out the %. Nice. :) Owen

While we had a great run with the earlier version of Shoelace, the recent upgrade has been nothing but a nightmare. Expensive, complex, difficult to use and the once great support has sadly gone amiss. Spelling mistakes and bad links in campaigns & campaigns submitted that are irrelevant and not discussed with us. We've had enough, cancelled and moved on.

I've been with Shoelace since they launched nearly three years ago. Facebook ads in general are very cost effective, but Shoelace automates and improves on all this. Be careful when measuring ROI to compare ad spend to PROFIT, not REVENUE (most crazy-high ROI numbers use revenue). Still, even measuring only profit, our ROI is through the roof. We had a 3-month stretch where our ROI was only breaking even—profit matched ad spend—but a couple quick conversations with the Shoelace folks got things re-jiggered to make it worth our while again. My only complaint is that any serious customization costs quite a bit, but the basic dynamic/journeys approach has been so effective, I really can't say anything bad about this. It is true set-and-forget advertising, more cost effective than Google Adwords, and a hundred times easier than managing this all by yourself.

This app has been amazing for me! Huge return on ROI and so easy to use. They have reached out several times to suggest changes to improve my ads. Wish they could help with regular ads as well!

Excellent app for plug-and-play facebook retargeting. The numbers don't lie, over 10500$ in sales from 330$ in ad spend, you can't beat that ROI!

Spent a pretty penny using this app and their monthly fee over the course of about 10 months and it managed to get me a grand total of ONE sale! Staggered! Expensive monthly pricing coupled with Facebook Ad spend just resulted in a waste of money. Unimpressed.

Shoelace does a good job with the customer journey, there is a lot of value in the journey as some would say. Fiona takes the time to go over the process in detail and is a pleasure working with.

Been using them for 4 months, excellent proactive support, beats trying to create my own retargeting ads. Most important of all, it works. Spent around $1500 so far, and it bought in $8000 worth of sales. Numbers don't lie, highly recommended.
