It quit working. There is no support option. The PIN system is a problem, and we cannot disable it. That means, every 30 days, one must reauthenticate to use the APP. I got it to work partially. No alerts were coming out. I attempted to update the App for our sole sales staff, but it wouldn't accept the phone number. I tried the 833 number for support - I got a buzzing sound. I tried to schedule a call, but the Calendly link does not work. When working with not all the bugs, it would be great. I think the developer quit fixing issues on it.

Hello! I love this app!! Literally what I was looking for :D It sends alerts to your phone whenever a customer abandons their checkout. It's the only app that has this function!

Was great but now is horrible I am deleting it!! Zero help contacting them unlike before when I started using it. It has stopped working completely now.

This is a fantastic app! I use it mainly for alerts for abandoned checkouts as Shopify does not offer this feature. My store sells high value items and with the alert from this app I am able to call my customers shortly after they have abandoned a checkout which greatly improves conversions. The customer service is incredible! Ahmad even offered a free marketing consultation for my website and provided a lot of great insight.

Certainly one the best shopify apps out there as too much automation causes us to lose touch with our customers as human beings. A must have for my store!

I installed this app about 24 hours ago and have already engaged by text with customers that probably wouldn't have bothered to chat to ask questions. I love that I get quick notification of an abandoned cart so I reach out before the lead goes cold. Ahmad is very knowledgeable and taught me a few things about Shopify while we discussed how to use the app. Thank you!

Really like this app. 5 stars This app help me to se what the customer bought and I can have an after purchase conversation with the customer. Same goes with abandonment carts.

I love this app, it help me to recover a lot of abandoned check out and is very friendly. Also, Ahmed is a really kind and always ready to help. The app now you can download on your phone and send notifications to the movements on your store and is not necessary make ir through Facebook Messenger, this make me very happy.
