We have been using Shop for about a year. Works well, has reduced the number of fraudulent orders, and we like the seller protection. The app does a great job of keeping the buyers updated on the shipping and delivery progress. Other than that, runs seamlessly.

I have a lot of customers who use the Shop Channel including myself and I think it's great.

Very bad app and we didn't get a good support from Shopify. Users cannot login due to server issues and shop owners face with 5xx errors on Google Search console.

I lvoe the shop app it is a beautiful extension of your shopify store onto a mobile app marketplace. i get a lot of sales from it and see zero flaws.
