I like this app overall. However, it could do better with product delivery dates and card messages. It doesn't provide the necessary fields during the purchase to allow customers to pick delivery dates (for flowers/plants) nor does it offer a field to insert a message for a delivery or a card to accompany the delivery. Because of this glitch, we regularly have to call the customer to get card messages and delivery dates.

At this stage, any customizations to the product, cart or checkout page on your online store, in particular via a third-party app, may not appear on the Shop app. I understand that this isn't ideal, especially for businesses that rely heavily on these customizations in order to complete their customer orders. never had any probleme selling shoe on my boutique and all of a soudain received a message that it doesnt meet the requirement to use shop didnt thoug much bc i dont care not being promoted and now they closed my shop due to not meeting requirement Theo from Resell-lausanne.com

78 bad ratings says it all. Saw our store was including a shop pay payment option without our knowledge and then was told we dont qualify to use app. At what point did stores need "to qualify" to monetize and promote a 3rd party app?

Pretty good but too limited and basic with options for personalising your shop. Also desperately needs the ability to add Metafields to product pages - for example some products we sell take 2-3 weeks to fulfil, there is no way to relay this information without editing the product description every time the item goes in or out of stock on the Shop App unlike our website which uses Metafields to do so

Amazing! This channel brought lots of traffic to my site and also helped with orders and checkout. I'm happy to see Shop.com compete with Amazon as the margins are a lot better and helpful to sellers to generate income. Thank you!

so far so good. Just started using this platform and already have a sale. Bit of an issue transferring from ebay due to categories. Same issue transferring to FB shops. Still has ways to work around but will take some time

Wish I could give 10 stars. I had a small technical issue and David in support took his time to understand it, work with colleagues and in five minutes it was fixed. Plus I've had 30% of my sales from the Shop channel so it works. Fantastic guys thank you!

Great for organic traffic. Our organic traffic is increased by 50% after listed on Shop. Moreover it collects the review and published it which is another plus factor. Customers can also track the orders easily. Highly recommended.

Customers cannot find my store on this app. Plus shoppay tries to force customer into only using it. Shopify need a one page checkout so that customers can CHOOSE the payment method they want to use.

This is the worst app, get ready to lose customers if you are installing this.....I got back t back chargebacks from customers, when i contacted the customers they accepted that yes they got the order but on their credit card bill there was no name of shop or business or no any such details...can you believe this idiocy?? Did shopify just launched a teenage app??? lastly, who authorized shopify to install these crap apps for no reason? I didn't install this app but i had no idea what was happening until i got screenshot by customer that there was no name of business or anything just random charges........I wish I could sue this app and those who install these apps on all stores without any knowledge of the merchant......
