This is the first time I have EVER posted a negative review. I have had this app on my site for over a year and I can not upload any images from my phone. I have contacted Support several times to never get a reply. It seems to be an issue with all Android phones. I have tried Apple phones with no issue. Both my Samsung Fold and Flip... neither one can post on this site. It is insulting that they continuously charge me every month but can't even reply to an email. They will more than likely reply to this with a series of "to dos" but trust me I have done them all. I have sent a message through your customer support page. I have all my permissions turned on in the phone. You name it, I have thought of it. I have had more than 10 people to test and all the Samsung phones have an issue posting.

Hi. I think your app is useful. I paid for regular services with Shopify and for new app development with PayPal. I am about to launch my brand. Could you please reply to my email? I have sent several times over the past few days and have not received a reply. I've already printed out and prepared the community url as a QR code, but I'm so confused because I haven't received a reply to my email.

After getting in touch with their support team I have been receiving quick responses and fixes to the various bugs I had encountered. So far, everything is going well and my members are starting to join the platform!

On the surface, the app seems promising with its wide range of functionalities. However, my experience post-purchase has been quite disappointing. Several issues emerged shortly after buying the app. The features did not work as seamlessly as advertised, and I encountered multiple bugs that hindered my usage. To make matters worse, reaching out to customer support has been a nightmare. There's no direct way to contact them, and I had to wait for several days just to get a reply via email. The lack of timely support is frustrating and unacceptable for a paid service. Given these challenges, I cannot recommend this app. While it has potential, the poor customer support and unresolved issues make it not worth the investment. I hope the developers address these problems soon, but until then, I suggest looking for alternatives.

This app is really really amazing! I have never seen such a big service for such a little price. You get first of all access to a professional social forum but you also get access to the api and webhooks, which is giving you endless of opportunities. You have a sustom css and custom script section. In my case I could integrate a lot of things and even change the html structure with js. Support also answers really fast. I’m really impressed!

The Shopicial community forum is exactly what I'm looking for to build an online community for my brand. It's easy to set up, and the app support is helpful. They usually respond within 24-48 hours. I'll update my review in a month based on my experience.

The support team is not responding. There is no way to track the support request either. I have contacted the support using the support page on the application.

Adsense works on my entire website except any page associated with shopicial so you gotta just gotta integrate them manually! They make having your own social media platform so easy!

The "about" section does not appear on the mobile page, you have to turn it tlandscape. great response times so far. great useage!
The mobile devices are too small to display all the content. If you need to display the "about" section on mobiles, I will help you to do that. I am really loving this app. It's very easy to use and set up. I tried a few different apps and this was by far the better one. It looks more like the forums I am used to using. I'm looking forward to launching it in the New Year.

Amazing app to have on your store! It took me some time learning the interface but after I figured it out I love it! Fully customizable, a great addition to my store.

I think shopicial is very well made and can bring a lot to a store. Building and maintaining a forum can be challenging and a lot of f work but this app really makes it easy. I read a few comments that support does not respond swiftly but I found that untrue, Chris actually responded to all my questions fast and was very helpful. I believe that Shopicial really should have a rating above 4 stars. We are still in the development stage but so far we are planning to keep and using it after we are live.

The application looks useful, but no one answers requests to support for a long time. Also, comments are not displayed on the product page. We are ready to sign up for a paid subscription, but first we would like to get confidence in the timely support of the product by the developer.

Users who registered were not able to interact or post, they dont show up on users page, and on the trial plan they tell you it will take 24h for respond, that is a worthless trial don't mind me.
Users need to login to able to interact or post. The Free trial plan will take up to 24h to respond but in fact, I replied to you within less than 1 hour.

was ok the first month minus some issues. Second month my members made payments and haven't been able to log in all month in December. I have contact owner and he keeps the same thing about the tags, but I've changed the tags just as he said and now it keeps telling my members who have already paid to make another payment. The payments goes to his PayPal and he send it to you at the end of the month, so i couldn't even send them refunds in order to not make my business look questionable because he has all of the payments. Fix the issues with payments and log in and it would be better
