RIchtig schlecht nur probleme beim verbinden

Inzwischen haben wir mehrere Probleme behoben, die dazu führen konnten, dass auf Ihrem Counter falsche Zahlen angezeigt wurden. Sie sollten nun die korrekte Zahl auf Ihrem Counter sehen. Zur Erinnerung: Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie stets die neueste Version der App verwenden. Brand new, out of the box and I think it's possessed. I chose total sales, it jumps to 10. I've had 1, so where the heck does 10 come from?! I put it on last order number and it's correct at 1001. Just sitting here trying to figure things out and the possessed box jumps from 10 to 20. Uh...? I thought this would be a neat way to celebrate sales. Maybe I'll need to write my own code to use Smiirl's API. Such a disappointment after being excited for this to arrive.

It doesn’t work. It completely ignored the settings I configured for the counter and kept counting up, even when I hadn’t received any orders. I tried reaching out to Shopify support, since it’s listed as their app, but the AI bot wouldn’t log the bug or connect me to a real person. So I went back to the old counter app, which seems to be working for now. https://apps.shopify.com/counter?locale=sv

The app doesn't reset the counter when the time hits 0:00. It just keeps adding numbers - The work-around is to load the app daily and change a setting for the numbers to update correctly.

I'm having the same issues as everyone else, the old app worked great. This new one is a pain. Every 1 order the counter goes up by 2. I have to reset it everyday. And it keeps flipping randomly throughout the day. Disappointed, I've had the counter for a year now and never had issues until now.

I own 4 Shopify counters, 3 using the old app (works well) and 1 using the new (doesn't work at all). Shopify refuse to let you use the old app, so you're forced to use the new app which doesn't work. Check the other reviews, it's not worth buying the counter at the moment.

It doesn't work, as others have stated. The main issue is that it does not reset at the end of the day. Seems like such a simple fix, yet Shopify doesn't care to fix it. Insane.

paid 300 dollar for the machine and the app is not even working, anyone knows a app that work., and this app is even make by shopify. unbelievble

The counter became useless after Shopify forced us to update the app. 1- The app don't reset when the watch hits 0:00, it just keeps adding numbers 2- We configured the numbers to exclude unpaid orders, but they are still being counted 3- Random ups and downs in the day 4- Refunds are not being counted. So if you sell $1,000 but refund $2,000, the app would still show you've sold $1,000 5- And the more important thing: WE CAN'T GO BACK to the old App, they removed it from the Shopify App Store. If you have the Counter and are requested to update it: DON'T DO IT!

This new version of the app does not work. First the number was wrong and now the number on the counter keeps going up by 2 for every one sale. The old app was so great, I just set it and forgot about it and it worked!

Ever since the new app dropped, the counter is ALWAYS incorrect. Whenever I get an order, the counter value decreases. I have to manually update it EVERY time. Which was not my expectation when I purchased the counter.

Ever since updated as stated by Shopify; our counter doesn't work. Can't even get into the app (Rate Exceeded) error message.

Does not work any more, bugging out constantly! Massive disappointment. My counter never works anymore and I have tried everything even reaching out to support with no luck.

Won't connect to Shopify. App just gives error "An error occurred, please try again later" over and over.
