I'm glad Shopify finally came out with email service! I have been able to replace my basic Omnisend account. However, Shopify needs to add the ability to create welcome/flow/automatic emails in order to compete with real email services. Please add it soon!

It's a GREAT app to send basic newsletters, however, for 5 stars it would need to have additional features like i.e. the option to insert responsive grids, more fonts and custom fonts. Other than that we are very happy that we can use a stable and safe app that is very easy to use. Thank you Shopify for enabling us to not have to use 3rd party apps.

I love this App, makes it so easy to configure. I started out several years ago where we had to go line by line and read inbetween lines to make the page look professional, Today shopify makes it simple, Saves time and time is money!

I use the email to inform my subscribers about new products. I am new at all of this, but so far, I’ve found it fairly manageable learning how to use it

I usually use MailChimp or Direct Mail. I wanted to try the integration with Shopify. While it is easy to use, it appears limited in report data and ability to create alternate campaigns, although I am still working through it so will update with additional feedback once I have used it more and have additional feedback.

There is potential here but it's a little bit too basic. They have literally a handful of templates and right now they're all about Black Friday. Small business owners like me like to have some content already created (welcoming new subscribers, product launch etc ) to take the guess work away because I don't have time to exist already. This is an app with good intentions but it has a long way to go.

At the moment, there are options for Black Friday email templates, and some without any Black Friday branding. You can find these by scrolling further down the email templates list. These non-Black Friday templates also include a blank template for you to create your own email design! Additionally, there is an option to customize your New Subscribers email within the Settings > Notifications area of your admin. This can be found by scrolling down on this page, and is under the "Email marketing" section - the email that is sent out to customers when they sign up for your newsletter can be found on this list and is called "Confirmation email." First time using this app sending Email it's very easy to use get directly to the point. Maybe its me, but I don't see an option showing me which customer open the email.

LOVE IT!! Exactly what I needed. Needed to do some searching to figure out that I needed to download the Shopify Email app but once I found that it was smooth sailing from there. I feel like marketing is such a huge and essential part of online boutiques. Maybe the marketing, mass emailing, and sms options should be available on the homepage.

We love this app. It's convenient and easy to use. We'd love to see some expansion and flexibility in the number of different emails allowed vs. the total number of emails allowed. We are a small instructional business and need to be able to send out multiple important emails before and after our online interactive classes to our students. Right now, we aren't given the option to purchase more but look forward to this app becoming a robust tool for Shopify users like us.

Very easy to use, with great help and suggestions. I have used other apps but this is the best. Shopify do all the hard work in the background so you just have to concentrate on your message. It couldn't be easier. Highly recommended.

I used email to run a campaign. Smooth workflow overall. It'd be great if it was compatible with Safari on macos.

Provides an easy, quick and inexpensive way to create email campaigns. Might not be as fully featured as the more expensive options but it works great for us and hopefully more features will be added in the future. Cannot beat the integration with Shopify since they made it! :)

I used the app for the first time today. I found it was very easy to use and satisfied my needs for my first project. Im looking forward to more templates and functionality as the app progresses. So far, very happy
