This is a great app. It allows e-mails to be built and sent to customers with ease. It even lets you send a test e-mail out and review the e-mail before it is sent. It would be great however if the following features were added: 1. The ability to add hyperlinks in the text sections 2. Being able to add a single line separator instead of having to use multiple underscores 3. Having the capability to add multiple products in one line (instead of just one large product) 4. Having the font size scale down in the mobile to match the way it looks on a desktop.

I am used to using Constant Contact where there is a lot more features for creating customized. However, I like having everything linked in one place to my store.

I love the pre-drafted email campaigns. They have given me good ideas and I only have to modify them slightly. I love the email templates with product sections and the ability to add bold eye catching colors in the background. The analytics coming back via reporting is very helpful. I wish it was a little less labour intensive to quickly go in and make a modification to the email body without having to reschedule the campaign again. It is like starting over and is inefficient. There are always tweaks that you think of after you have scheduled the email and it is waiting in the pipeline or I may think of going back in to tweak a deal we are offering etc. so a little more flexibility to do that would be very helpful. Also, it would be extremely helpful to be able to delete a customer group as my groups are getting a bit cluttered and I made some blunders when I first started using these so would be nice to be able to clean them up and also order/sort them. I think I will use it a lot . very easy to set up professional looking marketing e-mails . and a lot of templates to choose from .

love the fact that i can send free newsletters every month!!! love the fact that its integrated with the store products so no more hassle with other services

I used it to make my first mailing. Absolutely perfect would recommend it to everybody...very easy and even had a template in my own website colours

Easy to use, but wish the address default was hidden (instead of having to have me to remember to uncheck every time), as many store owners may be running a business out of their home.

Made the change over from mailchimp, not bad so far. Hopefully more custom template designs for seasonal holidays are in the works like the cool new black friday ones!

Shopify has been so easy to use and design my website with. I love all of the built in features and great marketing tools too! Highly recommend to new and experienced users!

Would like to see more features added, but overall have had a good experience. Easy to create professional looking emails and like to keep everything based in Shopify.

Easy to use, very helpful and cheap over 1000 emails, pretty much a must for some easy mails! Should try.

Needs more layout options! It's good, but it's needs more creative options to do different layouts. Needs ability to changes size of images. Thanks! Also, I had trouble filtering my customers by the product they bought. I needed to send out an email to all my customers who pre-ordered left handed picks, and I had to manually tag 200 customers. There needs to be the ability to filter customers by the product they purchased. Shopify is great though. Nice work!

It would be really good if products could be uploaded in groups So a block of 4 for example. Works well enough for my needs at the moment

I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO BE ABLE TO ADD SECTIONS IN THE TEMPLATE BUT OTHERWIS EIT WAS GREAT - VERY SIMPLE TO USE
