Your email couldn’t be sent Shopify Email is blocked for your shop. Contact Support to troubleshoot the issue. Whats wrong?

I thought it was going to replace platforms like Klaviyo and Omnisend, but I can only send out an email campaign. No automation, no triggers, just campaigns. Like what Mailchimp was back in 2002...

Unsubscribing from my current EDM platform! Shopify Email is awesome. Excited to see what features will be introduced. Firstly would be fantastic to see automations ie when a customer first signs up to your mailing list.

Thank you, Shopify for this Email App, I have sent out 2 email campaigns with this app since yesterday. The fact that I am not paying for it is a big STEAL! I have 2109 email subscribers, I had to unsubscribe from the app that charges $36 monthly so as to use this Shopify Email campaign for now which will save me some bucks. It's easy to manipulate, I designed the two campaigns sent out already and I still have few designed campaign saved in my draft which I planned to send out tomorrow. Because this app is new, the scheduling option is not working yet, it has few templates, which I believed they will keep updating the app.

We received an email from Shopify telling us that we had been selected for an early release of this app but sadly it does not work - we get a server error code, the app takes ages to load then we get a blank white screen. Shame as this looked really promising, clearly it's not ready for release yet & is very buggy. Tech help got involved, issues now sorted !

Shopify Email is not available for your store yet. The app will be automatically installed for you when it becomes available. Why do you publish an unavailable app here? Update：Now I added the app. It's not always free. Paid for emails over 2000. But Shopify will control your marketing and shut down your email before it is sent to all of your customers. Although I paid the money. They only sent out 70% emails. It is very frustrating not having the control over your own list.

It has very basic features so far. I am excited to see what they will come out with in terms of automation and integration with other apps. If they can do that they will blow the competition totally out of the market. For now only giving it 4 stars because it is a little too barebones. My website: www.gearscanada.com

Like many of you I received the same message "not available". I hit the Get Support tab and within 24 hrs I was up and running and able to send my first campaign. My suggestion, if the app doesn't load immediately GET SUPPORT and if they don't help then give it a 1 star. I always find the Shopify team there when I need them. I look forward to using this app more.

Install this APP , but still can't work now ! So , I ask Shopify customer service , and got reply " we're onboarding all Shopify accounts in stages, and all accounts should have access by the end of April :) " , so I think if you can't use now , might be waiting until end of April ....

I have to say you guys professing you are E-Commerce experts has to be questioned at times. It would appear that after all the 'testing' you have done, your team on this has completely ignored the most basic user (customer) experience. We like others find its not available for our store. ... but YOU ONLY DISCOVER THIS AFTER YOU HAVE INSTALLED THE APP. I don't understand...I installed the app and it says: "Shopify Email is coming soon" Shopify Email is not available for your store yet. The app will be automatically installed for you when it becomes available." Come On .. its just basic.

UPDATE: I'm changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars because I received few emails from customer support and they enabled the app. I like the simplicity of the app but it seems it is still being developed as we speak because it it very slow for me. I'm sure they will get it right! I don't understand...I installed the app and it says: "Shopify Email is coming soon Shopify Email is not available for your store yet. The app will be automatically installed for you when it becomes available." Why do you advertise something, and let people install it, if it's not avaliable?

Finally, an email app with justified fair charges for small businesses and big businesses alike, looking forward to all the Goodness offered by the app. And I believe it's going to be such an important part of the Shopify ecosystem. All the best wishes for them :) But ATM, it's not working, and showing this notification, Which is very unprofessional, TBH: " Shopify Email is coming soon Shopify Email is not available for your store yet.
