I moved across from Klavyio in order to save money. Whilst Klavyio is more advanced i don't use the segments. Just use it for newslettes and flows. I was a little nervous about moving to Shopify mail and Automations but so far it's working and im sure Shopify will improve these items even more in the future. I had 25,000 subscribers in Klavyio and its kills me they want to charge me $500 US a month. Sure it converts but i found an alternative which is easy to use and does the trick for a few bucks. I did try to downgrade / suppress a bunch of customers in Klavyio but that was almost impossible for me to do. They just kept asking for $500 US each month.

Was using another app (paid) and learned that it was already included in my Shopify subscription. Really easy to make sure links are accurate, products are included properly and enough formatting choices. I always like to use something already integrated.
