Used this app to create a standalone newsletter sign up page on my shop, perfect for what I needed. It also integrates with the Emails app (made by Shopify) for sending welcome emails automatically.

Looks great and simple to use. Sure there are some features not available but it works well and integrates perfectly.

Hi there! Thank you for your review. We recently shipped an update to store all new submissions in the metaobjects area of the admin. Past submissions are still viewable by clicking into the form > clicking more actions and clicking the view segment. This will generate a segment of customers who have previously submitted this specific form. Hope this helps! - Dirk, Shopify Support

Simple and easy to use - could do with adding a form ID to the section so that # links can scroll to it, also width option would be nice
